I would give this particular store zero stars if it weren’t for a nice associate working the register. This is the second time I have come to KFC, only to be told they are out of chicken and I would have to wait 10 ish minutes… My question for the management is this: what the hell are you doing when the key item of your menu, the item in the damn name of your business, is not readily available?! I’m not picky when it comes to food, as long as it’s eatable and I don’t get salmonella I’m pretty content. I hope someone, the GM, owner, anyone sees these reviews. Either fix your standards, hire management that can manage(seems like it would be in the job description), or close your store and save us all the trouble.

So tonight I thought I would stop by to buy a $ 5 fill-up chicken pot pie, but I was told that they stop making chicken pot pies after 8 pm in case no one buys them. Last I checked they are open till 10 pm, and the menu board does not say that the chicken pot pie is only served during certain times. This is not the first time that I have been told that they are out of chicken pot pies, and this has happened at different times of day. I have went to other KFCs and never have a problem with getting a chicken pot pie. When a restaurant stops selling things, people quit buying, and then the business closes. Keep up the horrible service.

I ate at Kfc on April 25, 2016. I ordered a $ 2 root beer float with a bucket of chicken. I noticed that my ice cream was not melting and blending with my root beer easily. This made it very suspicious. After driving home after 15 and pouring this suspicious ice cream into the sink the ice cream or what ever it is, it only melted a little bit and this in a total of 30 minutes. Conclusion: this dessert is probably not made of pure milk and ice but instead it’s probably made with generic artificial ingredients. Please beware.

I called ahead with a large order for a group. The manager, Denzel, had everything ready when I arrived and the order was accurate.

This is the sad excuse for a «side» on a six dollar meal. I opened it and took the photo. Also, it was COLD. This wasn’t eaten by the intended party for fear that, due to it being cold, it may not have even been cooked. Very disappointing, KFC. This location had been around a very long time.

Is there a manager working in this place? Obviously they don’t read Unilocal reviews or just don’t care. They are ALWAYS out of extra crispy chicken. Half of the time they don’t tell you. Sometimes they’ll give you a mixed bucket of different kinds. They are almost always out of breasts of any kind. My husband keeps going there(about every other month) and they are ALWAYS out of something — especially anything that is extra crispy or white meat. This has been going on for years. Obviously people keep going back or this place would be out of business. Next time we’ll get chicken inside of Raley’s or Safeway nearby. I know they have crispy chicken most of the time.

So tonight I had a very unhappy hungry father come home with no food after being hooked up to a dialysis machine for 3 hours due to the fact that once again this KFC didn’t have any of their daily specials. This has been a reoccurring thing every single time we’ve come to this location, ordering their daily special at dinner time(6:30). Every time, they haven’t had anything left. I’m sorry but if you’re going to have a «Daily Special» maybe you guys should get your crap together and have food through DINNERTIME. This is getting extremely ridiculous and I’m not gonna stop complaining if it’s gonna continue each and every week.

Update– I went by this evening for an extra crispy 2 piece leg and thigh $ 5 deal. They must have been out of the extra crispy thigh because they gave me original and I just don’t like original. Awesome. They really just don’t care. I stopped going here months ago but decided I didn’t want to make the trip to manzanita/Madison. FAIL I will NEVER do that again.

Nice little location for a KFC it would get more stars if there was more space to eat in the dining room and if the drive-through was wider. Also there would need to be a lot of touching up on the paint. But I love coming here to get chicken Littles they are the best!

Every time I go to KFC I swear it will be the last time. I cannot believe what they serve for almost $ 7 – two small pieces of chicken, one biscuit(without honey or butter), one small serving of potatoes & gravy and an acceptable portion of cole slaw. On top of it the chicken was not hot and it was dry. Save your money and pick up a rotisserie chicken at the super market – you’ll get 8 pieces of chicken for the same price.

This Kentucky Fried Chicken has horrible service. I just left from there about 5 minutes ago. Let me just list down the things they did wrong: 1. They took forever to give me my order and gave other customers — who came in after me — their orders before mine; 2. They got my order wrong — which is not what I paid for. I feel they pulled a racist card because every other customer that came in there after me was white and I was the only colored one in there. If your smart you won’t go there again.

Great for those nights you don’t want to cook! The customer service has always been great and the drive through line has always been fast making a happy mom!

Service was great — the young man that helped me — kudo’s. With that said, I stopped in to try the double down — as I saw it on a food network special. Not the same sandwich — the chicken patties were tiny, it was lukewarm, the bacon was non existent. The fries that came with the combo were soggy, almost cold and they did not fill the container. So with that said — stick with chicken I guess — I won’t be buying the double down again, and doubtful if I will return to this KFC.

Compared to all the other KFCs this one is pretty decent. Inside the restaurant is generally clean, most of the time, and at the drive thru, the wait is never too long. The workers are typically young but they are pretty mature while on the job. I love the potato wedges, hot wings, honey bbq wings, and the popcorn chicken. I would come more ofter if everything wasn’t deep fried and ready to clog my arteries.

My husband loves their hot wings and cannot get enough of them. While on his diet, he ordered chicken and ate it for over 4 months(not straight) but off and on. It helped curb his appetite. Their rolls, mashed potatoes, and desserts cannot be beat.

The food tasted good with 2 exceptions… The biscuits were stale and there was actually parchment paper crumpled up in the bottom of my sons popcorn chicken box to make it seem more full. I was SO not happy. Lame KFC, really lame, I hope you are happy, you made my 2 year old sad…

This is more a review of the Double Down sandwich that they now have out and about at KFCs. But this was a really nice KFC. They guy was über nice. Anyways, the sandwich is damn good, don’t be scared of having a heart attack from it. I haven’t… yet. I mean on, pepper jack cheese, bacon, and chicken. Helllloooo. Awesome. There was a lot of chicken though, so I was fill for sure.

I like KFC because I love the whole meal. I got it free with a coupon. The stuff I had was macaroni and cheese, fried chicken, a biscuit with honey sauce and potato wedges. I like the food there because it is yummier than McDonalds and a smidge bit healthier.

Came here lured by the infamous coupon for a grilled chicken meal. Apparently so many people had forged these coupons, that the first time I tried to use one, they would not accept it. I had to mail in my copy of the coupon to HQ and they in return mailed me yet another coupon! So with said legitimate coupon in hand, I got my grilled chicken meal with two sides(mac & cheese, potato wedges), biscuit and medium drink. Since I am now unemployed and have yet to receive a check from Uncle Sam, this was fantastic! A free meal! The KFC here is clean, the employees are friendly and the chicken was good. I know they have their regulars. One guy came in and the conversation was like: «Hey Joe! You’re back again!» «Yeah. I got me another coupon!» «What’ll it be this time, leg & breast or wing & thigh?»(I don’t know KFC talk, it’s probably something along those lines though…) «I’ll get the leg & breast! Heh heh». Something about chicken body parts that are meant for consumption resembling names of erogenous zones seems to crack men up.
