Great experience. Wonderful customer service, very clean inside. My burger was exceptional and the bacon was crispy and perfect! I wish I could eat here every day! I can’t wait to go back!

I LOVE this place. They have a huge menu — but I am always drawn to the cheese burger and fries. It’s just your basic cheese burger but it tastes like a burger you used to be able to get before fast food chains ruined a thing of beauty. That first bitejust transports back to a time when burgers were made with fresh quality ingredients, not striving to be something of the next food network wannabe; or, God forbid, a drive through grease burger. The fries are just amazing — again simple but awesome. After about your third bite you realize this burger fits the restaurant’s décor — fifties burger joint awesome. Beyond amazing food, Jasper’s is a family ran restaurant. when you enter the restaurant you automatically feel welcome. You actually feel you are the family’s welomed and honored guest — they are warm, welcoming and are happy to see you. Aside from all these wonderful attributes — Jasper’s is without a doubt the cleanest restaurant I have ever eaten at — yes you could eat off the floor. So if you would like to have real honest to God burger and fries in a warm and friendly environment at a very reasonable price — you CAN’T GOWRONGWITHJASPER’S!(Oh I forgot to add the shakes are made with real hand scooped ice cream just incredibly good. Well worth the calories.) Oh plus plus plus motor head delight — in the summer vintage car clubs have been known to gather at this Jasper’s so not only do you get great food, but a free car show too!

I recently was here to pick up some burgers and fries for take out. Overall, the food was fine but not amazing in my opinion. However, I would likely come back here for a quick take out meal or to just get some curly fries. For the fries, we got an order of curly fries and the regular fries. I liked the curly fries better but I just almost always prefer curly fries. I would say the fries were good here. For some reason I felt my cheeseburger was a bit salty. My companion did not share this opinion about his cheeseburger(a double cheeseburger for him though). In terms of waiting to pick up the food, I felt it was relatively quick. Its not as fast as the typical fast food places but we only waited about 10 minutes after placing our order. The staff were friendly and nice. I thought the place looked clean. You can sit down and eat here as they have plenty of tables.

Super Great veggie burger, and the best homemade lentil soup I’ve ever tasted!!! The homemade falafel was great too!!! Definitely coming back!

Surprise! The owner’s homemade soup is THEBEST in town. Our first visit there he gave us a sample of his lentil soup. I’ve made soup for 55 years, and I’ve never tasted anything so scrumptious. The vegetarian garden burger was very good, but his homemade falafel(not from a powder or mix) was outstanding! Topped with fresh made tzatziki — a gastronomic winner for Sacramento’s foodies. I’ll be coming back often.

Great experience. Went here on a whim when pulling into the parking lot meaning to go to another restaurant. Great experience, reasonable prices and good food. I went on a Sunday morning and football was on all three screens(they serve craft beers as well I believe) Also has working arcade games, an ice cream parlour and plenty of space. I would recommend for a casual business meeting, casual lunch date, to watch sports, take the kids or fill up before an all day music festival(what I did). Bathrooms were clean and easily accessible, owners were friendly and helpful

The owner is a very friendly cat and that makes the experience all the better. When I arrived he asked if I had visited before and I said there was a location in Rocklin I once visited and he told me that once Jasper’s had 20 locations as far north as Yuba City and west as Vallejo but folded. Extensive menu with gyros, filet mignon and salmon. The belly wanted burger. Went«Classic»(LTOP, mustard and mayo). Grilled on a flat top and done to well. It was a very seasoned burger in some bites and not in others. The burger was perfectly round. The fries came with a seasoning salt and were not fully cooked. The service was great and the burger was decent.

I have nothing bad to say what so ever. The owner and his wife are so sweet. He even special made his lemon greek soup for me and opened his door after closing so my could pick some up for me. His wifes stuffed grape leaves are amazing as well. The burgers arent giant but still very filling and delicious. I usually order the salmon burger but the last couple of times I went, I ordered the falafel and the lemon soup. Food is delicious, owners are sweet and very friendly. WILL return…

I went here to celebrate my birthday brunch and ordered the ½ lb Angus burger with cheese and grilled onions. I was served a burger with TOOO much mustard.-did not ask for this and was not asked about add on’s. The«cheese“was invisible and when I asked, i was told it was stuck to the bread Oh really??? The onions were NOT grilled but cut into large chunks and put on raw. Smash burger is still my favorite. Do yourself a favor and pass on this place. PRICEY for what is offered, Better to go to Black Angus

We’ve given this place many chances over the years, they still have car meets there etc. the staff is always friendly, and the atmosphere is coole, but the food is mediocre at best. Should be called Jaspers Tiny Hamburgers since they’re far from giant. The food is typically fresh, but bland.

Walked in, greeted instantly, husband and wife kept repeating that they would be right with us(understandable because they prepare all the food themselves and there was a huge family in there.) I ordered a filet mignon sandwich and my mom ordered the garden burger. Took about 15 minutes which was fine. I enjoyed my filet mignon sandwich, but it came with nothing on it. I don’t think I would order it again(but I kept in mind that this isn’t a steakhouse). My mom liked her garden burger and would order it again, it was pretty big. As I’m writing the review, the wife came to our booth and asked us how our meal was– that was super nice and refreshing to happen! I have always passed by both locations of Jaspers over the years and finally stopped by! I’m glad I did, next time I’ll have to get a milkshake! And for the reviews complaining about a disabled man working there and being disruptive, please, stop being so rude and put yourself in the man’s shoes and realize that he probably really loves helping his family, and also realize that he and all people with any kind of disability are humans who want to be out in public too! :)

With a name like Jasper’s GIANT Hamburgers one would expect something more toward at LEAST a half pound burger… especially when seeing the prices… instead, when I ordered the«giant» Cheeseburger I received what appeared to be a patty out of a party pack of frozen burgers you get at Costco. Also when I actually received it, it had no cheese on it… how do you forget one of the key ingredients of a cheeseburger? And if that’s what you are selling for almost $ 6 you might want to add another Costco patty to it…

First time here. Was very clean looking. It reminded me of Mel’s Diner. Was with my family. Got some cheese burgers and fries. Food was just average, was expecting more for the price I paid! In-and-out much better and not as expensive. Also there was a mentally handicapped person there, it appeared he was the owners son, who was very distracting as he was close to us, staring at us, making noises, etc and made the experience very awkward.

I’m right on with the other reviewers on the size of the hamburgers. They aren’t as giant as you would expect, and the size of the baby hamburger is enough to satisfy me.(Note: I’m 110 pounds with an appetite so small that I would order off of kids’ menus if I could get away with it) My boyfriend, who is more average-sized, got a second burger because one wasn’t enough for him. He needed my help to finish it, however. The décor of the place is cute with a 60s jukebox vibe. I don’t see a problem with it at all. But the reason the prices are low is the size of the meal. Not a bargain, but not a rip-off either. Also, I believe that the Angus beef ads on the tables are false advertising, but I also don’t think they are fooling anyone. Despite this, I would come back.
