Horrible. Just terrible. First time I came they mess up my order. I called and they said they will put me on a list to replace them. Don’t worry about a receipt. I come back and they say «where’s your receipt?!» «That’s too long ago». Ridiculous. I always give businesses a chance to fix their mistakes but twice in a row, you get 0 stars if I could. Never again.

You ever walk in a place and just know they’re gonna screw your order up? The customer service in this place was horrible. One of the girls at the drive thru was frustrated with a customer and was yelling how she can’t take it. The cashier who took my order had a bad attitude because it was kind of busy. If you don’t like your job it’s simple. QUIT! and of course I ordered a burger with no onions and I think just to be mean she added extra! Lol

I guess I got lucky tonight, I was expecting crappy service and so so food from all the negative reviews I read. The girl who took my order was actually nice & the burger I got was decent. Used a 2 for $ 5 coupon, got in & out of the drive through in 5 minutes (I was the only car there) & got service with a smile. Maybe all the a$$holes got fired? I’m pretty sure the only complaint I’ll have is when I’m bustin my butt workin off that «cheat meal» burger at the gym :-P

The manager maria is super, rude to her employees. It made us quite uncomfortable to see the way she talked to them. Like she had, no respect for them

Out of all massive volume/​convenience fast food burger joints, Carl’s Jr is, without question, my favorite. I eat at the one on Marconi Avenue every Christmas Eve; it’s tradition. Carl’s has decent tasting food compared to it’s rivals McDonalds, Burger King and Jack in the Box. At Mickey D’s the fries are tolerable. At Jack in the Box, the dollar tacos are a great value. Burger King… Well Burger King just gives me the sh! ts 98% of the time I work up the courage to eat there. Carls Jr on the other hand is the most consistent when it comes to serving up decent edible food.
With all that being said, even your favorite haunts will have a day or location when satisfaction is not up to par, and this location was one of those occasions. In all fairness, I would never give a fast food burger joint five stars because, well… Fast food burgers are garbage by default, but even a dumpster diver can tell you that he/​she prefers Round Table over Papa John’s in the back alley of a Pizzeria just after closing time… Moving right along…
This restaurant’s dining area was empty and clean. It was about 5:30pm on a Friday, and the dude taking our order just couldn’t keep it together. I ordered the Six Dollar Mile High Promo combo, and he frantically (there was one person in line behind us and again… the dining room was empty, but he acted like he was behind on 15 orders) told us he didn’t have any change in his till. My girlfriend held up a debit card and he sighed with great relief and smiled. We then sat a table and our order arrived within five minutes. I noticed both sandwiches on the tray were not in a box. Six Dollar Burgers come in a box. I opened my bacon promo wrapper and noticed the bun wasn’t the fresh kind and the burger patty was standard sized. I looked at the receipt and sure enough he rang me up for the standard burger. It was the same burger I ordered, just less of it. I ate it because I was hungry and didn’t want to wait. It was horrible. Overly dry, and the bacon seemed like it sat in the fridge over night and sat under a heat lamp all day which is not fair to bacon at all. Anyway, we took the experience in stride, knowing it wasn’t the first time that had happened, and most definitely won’t be the last. It was Friday, and I was in a decent mood, so… Two stars and going back to the Marconi store from now on.

Just heard your employee cuss out a customer because its her ladt night and she «doesnt give a fuck» worst thing ive ever heard. She said «get happy or get out» called him a bastard. Ive had a lot of bad experiences with her myself. What a miserable person. Shocked shes allowed to work there still. Also have seen her walk to her car and take a couple shots. Always nice. Just bad cjs. No stars.

Wow just wow!!! If I could give negative stars right now I would! I’m so pissed off right now it’s unbelievable. I was in a good mood when I got to this hell hole!!! They really either need to retrain their drive thru employees or give them an attitude adjustment! This is not the first time I got attitude about not being able to read their stupid coupons. I like their shakes which is usually my only reason for frequenting this establishment. After today I think I will not be returning. First off who the hell welcomes you to a fast food place saying «what can I get you sweetie?» OK that aside, I ordered a shake and had a coupon for burgers. I decided to order some burgers for tomorrow Tell her my order, get cut off mid sentence and asked if I have a coupon. Yes I do but I cannot read the stupid numbers. I get a «oh my goodness» then she asks if anyone is behind me. WTF? Sorry I can’t read your flippin coupon. It’s dark and the damn numbers are too small. «OK I will have to adjust your order when you get to the window.» I reiterated that I did not want lettuce and tomato, which I already requested but didn’t know if they got it since I was talked over. I got another «oh my goodness» WTF? OK now I’m agitated! How hard is it to take a simple order? I realize it’s 11 pm and you suddenly got slammed but how is that my, the customers fault? So now I’m upset for no reason debating whether to actually get my order or just bounce. My mistake I really wanted that damn shake. She asks another girl to take my money. This one is a real winner. She cusses and goes on about not having time to do the drive thru. Wow um you do realize the window is open and I the customer can hear you? She then proceeds to tell me the order amount without the coupon deducted and before I can say anything has taken out the change and slammed the drawer shut. Excuse me I gave you the coupon and it was right on top of the 20 I handed you. I told her there was a coupon and she got all huffy yelled at the other lady and storms off to get the keys. Comes back and hands me change literally coins. Um I gave you a 20 how the hell am I getting coins back on 2 for 4 burgers and a shake? She said «you gave me 8 dollars.» The hell I did!!! Then she remembers I gave her a 20. Hmm do I look stupid to you? I will come through that window and get my proper change!!! So she had to re ring my order so I can get my proper change. Now there is about 4 cars behind me. I’m sorry that you have attitude and got behind because you’re rushing. Do your damn job the right way and if you’re understaffed complain to the manager don’t take your shit out on your customers!!! I will not be returning. If you decide to go here, check your order, make sure you can read the damn coupon and check your money!!! Rant over!

wow i guess people only review these kinds of places when they have a bad experience… we go to this one all the time… the ladies in the morning have it together… never had a problem with them or the food being wrong or bad… i had a problem a while back with one of the guys at night on drive thru forgetting my items but i think he got fired or quit… the food is always good and hot… of course some times are better than others but i have never had an experience here so bad that i can’t go back… i can’t say the same for several other fast food joints near it…

Worst cj I’ve been to. Burned dry chicken, order incorrect and forgotten items, even when manager took order.

Well, this is fast food and not that great in my opinion. I had a chicken sandwich that tasted tough. I also had some of their new sweet potato fries but they were not that good. Basically the fries were not crispy enough. I do come here from time to time as its close to my house. But really the food just isn’t good but it is fast food. I think the burgers are better than the chicken. I just was not impressed.

As of 4÷13÷13. It still has the 2 for $ 2.00 special on the sausage egg and cheese biscuit.

Oh Carl’s, what has happened to you? I used to really enjoy the Big Country Breakfast Burrito with no gravy, but alas, no more. WAY too much salt in it. On May 4, I was running a couple of errands, decided to grab a quick breakfast. Probably the last time I eat at this Carl’s.
