I was on a walk with my family and to kill time, we stopped at Village Décor. Colby greeted us and told us he’d reduce some prices because he was trying to clear up space. I thought it was a sales ploy, so I sort of brushed him off and continued browsing. Mind you, I had absolutely no intention of buying anything, just browsing before lunch. We paused to admire a gorgeous armoir, and Colby told us he’d give it to us for 1⁄3 of the listed price — he just wanted to clear space. The price was so low, and the piece of real high quality, my wife and I looked at each other and did the secret look/smile — there was no way we could pass up this piece. He then showed us a Danish teak table, and again blurted out a ridiculously low price and after 10 minutes we agreed to buy both the armoir and the small table. Colby was pleasant, funny, very knowledgeable and easy to do business with. His store is really packed with stuff, and his prices are very reasonable. The downside is that he’s only open Th-Sun, but if you plan for it, it’s worth stopping in.

Absolutely wonderful experience here the owner was so sweet and helpful. The inventory was really good quality and so unique, the prices were reasonable enough I have found an absolute gem of a store. Thank you so much for the gorgeous purse and helping my mom find great chairs.

This place is very interesting. Colby is very personable, knowledgeable, and quite helpful. There is a lot to see. It is a small shop and somewhat crowded but that is part of its charm. You have to look more than once to see some of the treasures that are there. When we entered, we expected to just spend a few minutes but because of Colby, we stayed longer, bought several items and want to come again to see different items that might appear. I agree with Tiffany’s comment about additional items being available if you let Colby know what you might be interested in. We will be back again

The owner is very nice and willing to answer any questions. They have a great variety of antiques and other objects. I would recommend this place to anyone who is interested in antiques or browsing.

Been meaning to write this one for quite some time! Located across from the Fair Oaks Deli with parking right in front. As you can see from the photos, there is lots to see. Definitely one of the shops in town that has more quality antiques, you can find treasures from Asia and older things from around the country. Great oil paintings — things are reasonably priced and I’m sure Colby the owner can cut you a deal if you ask nicely. The shop doesn’t have storefront windows, which I’m sure makes it hard for folks to see the cool things inside! You never know what you’ll find here. I’ve been told that Colby still has quite a few storage warehouses full of things — so if there is that special«have to have it» item, you might ask him if he has it somewhere.

Yay! I’m happy and honored to be the one to add this business to the Unilocal family. I keep seeing this place whilst driving by on my usual day to day outings. I always see really cool decorations and neat costumes being that it is close to Halloween. Today I had some extra time on my hands before I had to get home so I figured I’d drop in. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised!!! This place is adorable! I was greeted by one of the four brothers that owns this store, Colby!!! He is a doll! I inquired about some Halloween decorations and although they were out of my price range, Colby did offer to give me a price break and trust me I did appreciate it. I did see a beautiful bracelet that I ended up getting for someone whose birthday is coming up and she deserves something sweet to make her feel like a lady! Colby wrapped in an adorable little bag(sort of an oriental style coin purse look but is so cute), cut down the price a few bucks for me– and he even threw in a few bags of spider webs!!! Colby was awesome. This store has some amazing décor and collectables. Even art and clothing! And although the prices seem to be a tad bit high, the owners will be willing to make a deal(at least for me they did — maybe you gotta be a local idk, but it’s worth a try for some absolutely beautiful items). Support local businesses and get rewarded. I hope this business stays for quite a while. And I’m sad I hadn’t come by sooner(he says they’ve already been open around a year and I just now noticed it).
