Garden State Orthopaedic Associates

My first visit was at their Clifton office, took me in with in 10 minutes but Dr. that I saw wasn’t much helpful, it was like pulling teeth trying to understand what is going on with my back. 15 minutes visit most of it for having x-​ray in their office. My second visit was 45 minute wait just to get the result of MRI which was less than 10 minutes visit with the same doctor.
the next day I go back to get a note from their office, they couldn’t give me a note unless they get conformation from the Dr. which is understandable but they never call you back. I have to call and ask even though I left my number and they said ohh we will call you back.
It happened again with paper work I submitted for my job, it took them a week for 5 pages and it wasn’t done until I got upset over the phone.
Too much of frustration while im in pain to deal with this place.

The understaffed staff here is a bunch of fools. It took me like 40 minutes of getting passed around and hung up on the phone to try and make a appointment. I finally gave up. Might be good doctors but who cares if you cant see them.

As a patient with a knee injury that is in the automotive field that requires me to be on my feet all day it is very important to choose a dr that makes me feel comfortable with me putting my lively hood in their hands.Dr. Holodon seems to be the one to trust he was very informative and seems to genuinely care about his patients but his office staff is atrocious, which has made me decide to seek another surgeon. The staff has made me reach the conclusion that I wouldn’t bring my dog there.
