DONOTGOHEREUNLESSYOUAREDESPERATE!!! I had an appt to be fitted with a doctor prescribed splint & when I got there the man I was supposed to see wasn’t in. Supposedly he was at the hospital. One employee called him to see if he was on his way back & another gave me a form to fill out & took my insurance info. A sour, white haired old man came out with a box of splints & after fishing around in the box pulled one out & said come into one of the rooms. He proceeds to put the splint on my hand & when I tell him it’s not right, not what the doctor wants he starts YELLING at me that the doctor is wrong, he’s been doing this for 40 years, blah, blah, blah. I said you know what give me my paperwork I’m going someplace else. I walk out of the room into the main area & the other man hands me the rest of my paperwork. I said, «I can’t believe how unprofessionally you are treating me. You don’t have to yell at me». Sourpuss replies, «WELLYOU’REYELLINGATME!». I’m now thinking WTF I’m out of here. I said, «I’m calling my insurance company to complain» & sourpuss yells back at me, «GOAHEAD I DON’T NEEDTHE $ 25». This is NOT how a customer should ever be treated.
