Worst customer facing staff ever. Never Acknowledged that I was standing there waiting to order and continued to ring up other customers that haven’t even ordered anything yet that came in after me.

I went in with my daughter to get penne pasta with butter for her and as she was eating it I noticed that the penne was very hard and chewy– like it was in the microwave way to long. I asked to get a new fresh penne and they did but staff was not to friendly about it. Probably won’t go back again if they would be willing to serve pasta like that to anyone… Makes you think.

I use to love this place for breakfast but they appear to have a new cook who loves to add lots of salt. I need to remember to ask for no salt. Omelets come with slices of toasted bread with a drizzle of oil — they forgot to add the oil this morning. They’re eggplant parm sandwich was good but haven’t gotten it recently. I’m only giving them 3 stars because their quality of food has gone down recently.

Really used to like this place. But the service has been atrocious so much so that we won’t be coming back. I am wondering if something has changed recently. I do hope they improve, but like I said the service is really off.

There prepared foods are good but they lack in some areas. First of all, you can’t buy pizza by the slice, secondly their salads are not fresh they’re prepackaged and disgusting. I can buy the same type of salad next door at acme. Really disappointing considering I’m sure they would do great with their salads being freshly made.

I eat here when I visiting family. Great neighborhood place with good food. They have a great variety for breakfast lunch and dinner options. they are really great when it comes to gluten free foods and helping me pick out the right stuff. I each many salads here and I love their gluten free muffins and cookies. They also have gluten free brownies but Im not a chocolate lover, I know crazy. Food is fresh all the time and staff is great. They have table to sit and eat your food. Parking is in the back.

I get lunch from Tavolo Pronto at least two to three times a week and always love it. Their bread is the best bread I’ve encountered consistently used on a sandwich, and I’ve traveled the near entirety of the United States. The #21 is your basic Turkey sub, but it’s not dry like many places and there is enough meat. The #27 is a great grilled chicken sandwich and the roasted red peppers and the sauce work well to soften the toasted panini. The tonna is very good and a little spicy, so it’s a different tuna sub than many may expect but it’s not just tuna and mayo mixed together. I normally get this on a wrap. My favorite cheesesteak comes from here, again probably because I love the bread. Order it with grilled mushrooms and onions, as well as green peppers. Also, add provolone cheese and thank me later. Lastly, the woman is the baker there makes some of my favorite desserts and snacks I’ve had, and I eat desserts everywhere and all the time. The biscottis and espresso are amazing, the coconut rice pudding is a nice cold treat, and the nutella oatmeal crisps are a reason to get up in the morning. Of course you will find things on the menu that don’t work for you, but that shouldn’t deter you. The staff is open to modifications. If something seems to dry, add a sauce or topping. If it’s missing something, just ask. I can’t believe I wrote all this. I’m bored and it’s a rainy day, and I’m currently destroying their cappucino biscottis.

Last night we ordered a bianca pizza with a side of tomato sauce. When we opened it, there was no ricotta cheese on the pizza(as described on the menu). It was just pizza dough with some melted cheese on it — very bland. There was also no side of sauce. I called the restaurant and the girl who answered the phone said«that;s weird — sorry» No further comment! I asked if I could speak to the manager, but was told he was too busy. That was understandable but I did ask that he call me at his convenience. Needless to say, no call received. It’s a shame that there is no more customer service. We try to support local business but they are clearly not interested in making much effort. We will obviously never go back.

Just spent 7 dollars on a less than mediocre pork roll sandwich with two slices of thin sliced pork roll — tasted like a paper towel roll. This place is Overpriced and over rated.

BESTGLUTENFREEMUFFINS in the world!!! Actually BESTMUFFINS even though gluten free and I am not gluten free I love these things. Their Sandwiches are the best, the bread — mozzerella, quality — very european. True Italian!

I am at Tavolo 4 — 6 times a week and every time I am there I see many familiar faces. It is known as a local gem. Whether you’re there for breakfast(great egg sandwiches), lunch(try the #27), or dinner(Thursday — Saturday new menu every week with fresh fish and meats) you can’t go wrong. One of the owners, Patti, is a world class baker who makes fun cookies for the kids and delicious treats for the adults. The other owner Altoro is the head chef which is the most important thing for any restaurant. The town of Fair Haven wouldn’t be the great place it is without Tavolo.

Great place for lunch. They have a decent selection, and the sandwiches are really good. The meatball parm and the cheesesteak are both good choices. I really like the bread. It toast up very nicely and compliments the sandwich with a flakey crisp crust.

Salads are decent, but pricey for a pile of lettuce. I find sandwiches to be overpriced for the quality. Ambiance is not really the kind of place you want to eat in with friends or family, unless it’s just for a quick bite. Parking is virtually impossible since I think there are only a handful of spots there. I wouldn’t call the service ‘friendly’ by any stretch, but never had any problems with them, except that they’re slow if there are more than a couple of people ordering.

This place is a great lunch spot — although I’ve only had one thing from here, the Tonno Panni — its the bomb! Italian tuna, hot cherry peppers, mixed baby greens and balsamic dressing — you can’t go wrong. I highly recommend it.

Wraps, sandwiches, pizzas, and entrees in the Italian style. Everything was great. Also, serving breakfast sandwiches and omelets in the morning. I think they also have muffins, cookies, and gelato. Staff is friendly. Highly recommended.
