Love it here and shop here often, they always have a coupon that you can use but that’s probably because all of the regular pharmacy store makeup is overpriced here to make up for it. Love the selection of everything else and all the ladies on the sales floor are always very helpful but please I beg You pleaseeeee put more people on the registers. There’s ALWAYS such a long line with 2 people checking out and a million people on the floor. I’ve walked out before because I do not have time to wait in such a long line

This Ulta is always kept neat and tidy. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. However I have to give it only 3 stars. Why? Because almost all of the everyday brands that you could find at WalMart, CVS or Rite Aid etc. are overpriced. Even when they go on sale, I can often get better deals elsewhere because I use coupons. The high end products such as Urban Decay, Benefit, and Matrix hair products are reasonable. But I can even get the Matrix Sleek products at a WalMart salon cheaper. So I do stop here for hair products and the high end cosmetics only.

Love Ulta! Everyone on the sales floor is so friendly and helpful… Until you get to the checkout counter. Without fail, they seem so grumpy. I’ve never been greeted with a «hello» — just bluntly asked «phone number?». Very awkward checkout ensues. I’m not the friendliest, but you could at least smile! Anyways, still love this place and it doesn’t deter me from visiting when I run out of my essentials. Just gotta lower my cashier expectations.
