We’ve been going to Rocco’s since 1990. Never a bad meal.

This is an excellent local pizzeria. We have tried all the area pizza shops and if you’re looking for a traditional pizza page this is it! Get a good old cheese pizza-you won’t be disappointed. In addition to having great pizza they also make a gluten free crust that is delicious! It tastes just like the real thing! It’s not the fanciest place, but there’s no bed with pizza this good!

Best pizza I had in a long time and the service was phenomenal. Jeanne was a great waitress and has fantastic customer service skills. If you’re in Exton, Pa check this place out!

The pizza is pretty pedestrian and the service is not very friendly. No reason to go back for a repeat of this.

Enjoyable local place, good pizza, decent pasta, and nice atmosphere. This will be your regular place if around there.

I sort of feel bad even writing this, like I am betraying an old friend, but sadly this is the current state of affairs with this place. I’d been eating here for over 20 years growing up before I moved and now that I am back in the area after 10 years away I’ll admit the food doesn’t stand up as the best compared to the other options in the area(you can’t go anywhere in this area without finding a decent pizza and hoagie shop). Where this place really has gone downhill is the service. Just about every takeout order my family and I have had over the past year or so has at least something wrong with them, and today was no exception. My dad called in an order for 20 wings for the game was told on the phone«20 minutes» and when he showed up 30 minutes later he was told«they’ll be done in a few minutes». After waiting for a few minutes they said«here, take this order if you don’t want to wait», so they ostensibly gave my dad somebody else’s order of wings(I wonder if that customer got their order ever?). My dad trusted it was his order of 20 wings(big mistake) but when he got here and we opened them up it was an order of only 9 wings — hardly enough for group to watch the Eagles, let alone 11 wings short of what he paid for. This has been a recurring event as of late for food that really doesn’t beat out its competition. I realize gameday is a busy day and maybe they could have been short staffed, but that doesn’t explain the repeat offenses in the off season. Check out other places in the area, most of which have a better beer selection as well, the food just isn’t any better than anywhere else while those other places actually do provide good service and accurate order fulfillment.

Just wanted to update a review I made in March where I was continually being disappointed for the takeout service issues. I think Rocco’s did do some adjustments and we are back on track again. The pizza’s and steak sandwiches are the best in the area, and the customer service much improved. Thanks Rocco’s!

Ordered take out so that is why I give three stars. The margarita pie would have tasted better if it was hot by the time I got it home. The crust was good. The sauce fresh. The cheese tasty. I’m sure eating this in the restaurant right out of the oven would have elevated this to four, possibly 5 stars. We also had the small Caesar salad which was nice. Dressing tasted home made. Next time I’ll make sure they leave off the black olives. They have a good selection of beer to drink in six packs and bottles. Bought some old fashioned Fanta Orange soda.

Great pizza but their pasta(I usually get chicken alfredo anywhere I go) is swimming in grease.

This used to be my jaaaam after school when I still lived in good ol’ Dtown. The sicillian pizza is the best I’ve ever had. My usual order was a slice, six mild wings, and onion rings. Don’t judge me please :) So good. Pretty sure my parents still order from here weekly as well.

Was driving by the other day with my girlfriend and just by site I said«this is the place to eat around here» and went in and got the Steak Stromboli. The right amount of stringy cheese that doesn’t want to leave the piece you’re eating or piece that’s still on the plate. My girlfriend got some type of pizza with Spinach on it that’s just not my thing but she also loved her meal as well. All in all of you’re in the area I don’t think you’ll be going wrong stopping here for something. The place is also very clean and nice inside.

By far the best non-gourmet pizza in Chester County! Their pizza is thin crust and can be made either in their wood burning brick oven or their standard pizza oven. The brick oven pizza is on the crispy side(which they are very transparent in telling you) so I typically stick to the pizza oven. The ingredients are fresh and they don’t skimp on the cheese which makes for one heavenly slice! While we typically stick to cheese or pepperoni, they also make a great taco pizza which is perfect for lunch. Although we typically do pick-up, this place makes a great lunch spot if you’re looking for a comfy booth. My only real critique is value. When you consider two hungry adults can polish off a large that’s $ 12.95(plus tip), it feels pricy. If they offered a pizza deal(ex. $ 10 Tuesdays), I might give them a half more star!

This place is definitely not deserving of 4⁄5 stars on average, today I ordered 20 mild wings, a large margarita pizza, and a supreme hoagie for the superbowl game and was very disappointed. First off, the wings were spicy, secondly the brick oven pizza was stone cold and was not fresh at all, tasted like it was made the day prior. The hoagie was mediocre, the cheese was kinda soggy and was overall not appetizing. They also charge $ 1.50 for ranch dressing for their buffalo wings. I would not be coming back here again.

Rocco’s offers a dizzying array of Italian standards, but come for the pizza and you’ll come back for the pizza too! I’m a margarita man and this is the BEST margarita pizza anywhere! They also have a great bottled beer selection. Very casual, fine for kids, and not wallet busting.

Have been going here for years and I think their pizza is the best in the area. Ditto for the chicken cheesesteaks. And the staff is always friendly. I seem to end up ordering take out once a week from here. :)

Rocco’s is such a great casual restaurant. they are know for their pizzas, and they sure are great, but we come for their dinners! they are an absolute must and completely underrated! I am sicilian and know good Italian cooking from my nonna. Most restaurants fail to serve real italian home cooking, but Rocco’s is not one of them. Rocco’s reminds me of my nonna’s house! To start, we always have to get their fries. they always come out so crispy and tender on the inside. their fired mushrooms are also great! Their Eggplant parmesan with linguini is to die for. Literally just like my nonna’s! its VERY lightly breaded, then pan fried to perfection. The sauce is so flavorful and made from the finest san marzanos. Linguini is always cooked al dente and perfect every time. Their Marsala is also one of our go to’s! either chicken or veal, both are amazing! the marsala sauce itself is so sweet, and luxurious, its like candy! its bursting with mushrooms. If you get the chicken, its sooo juicy and tender, the veal is lightly breaded and cooked to perfection as it is so tender as well. All their entrees come with complementary salads which are always fresh and crisp. it also comes with warm bread, and their bread is homemade and the best! I just wish they would provide oil on the tabe for dipping, but I just save my bread to sop up the sauce from my dinner. We typically eat in, but their take out is also great. the service is amazing and so attentive. they only have waitstaff after 5pm, so if you go to eat in before that, you have to pick up your food at the counter when they call you. I highly recommend Rocco’s!!! Their pizza is the best in town, but like I said, their entrees are the best and the real deal, so if you typically get pizza, try changing it up and give their entrees a try, you won’t regret it!

I got a slice of the buffalo pizza or so I was told and it didn’t have any hot sauce on it. I would probably go back and try a different slice because it’s conveniently located to where I live. I prefer Bravo Pizza to them because I have had a variety of their slices and they were all very good.

This USED to be our go to for Superbowl Sunday. It’s weird how it’s been deteriorating ever so slightly. After ten years, the cheese fries aren’t as good(I get different cheeses sometimes, and other times barely any), the wings taste like charcoal(hot wings), and the pizza is average at best now. I dined in once and the quality was still subpar. Only had pizza wings fries though.

Went back to this place for pizza 3x since I wrote my original review. Im done, they are dirty and I will never go back. My problem is they have the cashier who is touching dirty money all day heat your slices up for you. She never washes her hands and goes strait to get your pizza from the register without washing her hands or putting on gloves. This may sound anal but on one occasion she started scratching her head. Then on another visit she was rubbing her nose. That was it for me! I stopped her right there and said cancel my order I changed my mind, then I left right away. Who the hell in this day and age does that? Everyone knows money is the dirtiest item you touch besides the handle at the gas pump. How dare she think she can do this with MY food, hell anybodys food? That was it for me I HIGHLYDONOTRECOMMEND.

This has become a staple when I travel to Exton for work. Service is fantastic, and the prices are great as well. Its a welcome change when you order by the slice and they don’t get annoyed when you point and pick which slice you want(I am a sucker for the squared corner pieces on a thick crust pizza). They’re pretty fast paced behind the counter but always patient when you order. The last time I was in there, a few of the guys cooking were singing together in Spanish. I think when people are having fun while cooking — it shows positively in the food. I’ve gotten lucky every time I went here in that a fresh cheese pizza was coming out the oven to be cut up for slices. :) About the only negative thing I can say about this place has more to do with the crazy way to get here if you’re traveling on the opposite side of the hwy. Turning right to turn left to turn right into the parking lot… sheesh! :)

All I can say is that I had the margarita pizza; it was sublime and better than any other pizza I’ve tried in the area. After seeing pizza in Naples on No Reservations, this pizza at least looks incredibly similar to the real deal and as far as I know, tastes the part too. Yum.
