This place hires gangster like people who threatns the customer asking for silly things like extra chilly flakes. I will never ever buy food here

Downingtown, PA
I only order from here because it’s the only chain pizza restaurant that delivers to my apartment. I find their food good, but not necessarily equal to the price I pay for it. I would rather have a Pizza Hut or a Papa John’s available to deliver, because the locally owned pizza shops are too expensive. Dominos has become to me the lesser of several evils. But I still do enjoy their food, it’s just not the best. And I don’t feel it’s the best value for the dollar. I will still continue to order them for delivery because, again, they are the only chain restaurant from my location, and their prices are better then the privately owned pizza joints (which do have better pizza).

I would give zero stars if possible. The staff is rude, and when we complained to the manager, he hung up the phone on us. Will never give this company our business again.

This location is very hit and miss. About 1⁄3 of the time our order is incorrect. Wrong toppings, missing items, etc.
Recently my husband asked for a refund for a totally wrong pizza (we didn’t have time for them to remake it, which they offered) and the worker was very rude to him saying, «A refund? It’s just a pizza!»
When the manager is working it seems fine, but many if the other employees seem under-​trained and prone to screwing up your order.

this location is pretty famous on rushing orders thru the oven, then not having a delivery driver for an hour or so, leaving your pizza sitting on a shelf.
Not sure what is so hard about holding the orders so a fresh pizza is delivered.

The pizza was pretty bland. Of course I wasn’t expecting anything great being domino’s and all. I give the pizza a 2.5. They were extra friendly in here so they get a 5 for that. I felt like it was a sincere friendliness too, not put on. Too many times you go into a pizza place and you can just feel the poor attitude as soon as you walk in the door. Not here.

I am pretty much a pizza snob. I really enjoy a good thin crust pizza normally, but I have to say I really enjoy the pizza from my local Dominos. These guys do a good job. They make the pizza exactly like I like it. I have had absolutely no issues with my orders from them and lets face it, a lot of pizza places muff up your order. The pizza is always hot, always delivered in a short period of time and I really enjoy it. The sauce is great. Anyway, I would really recommend it to friends. It isn’t going to win any culinary awards, but it keeps me coming back. Also, the people that work there are great tool. Very friendly and hard working. So a big THANKS to the folks from my local Dominos.
