Brad is a personable, welcoming owner with a great staff, love to chat them up on what’s good to read or just the joy of Cards Against Humanity. While a little small and tucked away, the location on Water Street in Exeter is cozy, well lit and with a nice view of the river. Highly recommend(just don’t dis Robin — especially Dick Grayson — to Sarah!)

My cousin brought me here because she loves how personable the owner is, while I didn’t get to meet him this trip the store was charming, and I loved the pet lizard just hanging out. I was able to get the comics I wanted, and a few extra little figures. I would recommend this store, especially if you have kids. My nephew said he loved to come with my cousin because he gets to sit on a beanbag chair they have at the store.

What a find in Exeter! My two sons had s great time and we spent nearly an hour browsing around the store. The person working(maybe the owner?) was excellent and helped out whenever needed. He recommended a book for my son that is not a big reader and it was an excellent suggestion. My son was totally into the book! My older son picked out several comics and an action figure. It was a fun visit and we will be back!

The Place to Be! Love this place, great selection, great staff and owner used to be an English teacher so he knows his craft and completely kid friendly place!

Most personable comic store I’ve ever been to and because that fact, they have earned my loyalty. I haven’t once been here without a pleasant chat with the owner or employees. Oh, and their weekly email is crazy handy for keeping up to date with what’s being released. Keep it up yo!

Stairway To Heaven Comics is a relatively new store. They have a very large variety of current comics, many of which are from independents. So anyone looking for something new to start reading would have a field day. The owner was very friendly, and we talked comics. The back issues are still unsorted in another room, but he took down my name, my email address, and information about the back issues I want.
