Souzy’s

I have been to this location twice to get their California Mix salad which is a really nice size and is worth it to try. They are not open on Sunday’s so if you want to get your fix of salads, burgers, hot dogs or chicken sandwiches you have to make sure to come before then. They also have 3 different soups of the day I have only tried the cream of chicken and it is very good.

Everything here really is good. Salads are huge and fresh. Chicken sandwiches and pitas are great, Vienna beef hot dogs, fries are so good. I’ve never had anything that I didn’t like. Plus, it’s a small, local business. Definitely one of my go-​to places.

I went there yesterday after taking my son to chuck e cheese. My son wanted a hot dog and fries. Customer service was amazing the lady at the counter was so friendly. The food was nice and hot the fries are good too. I wanted a shake but the machine was down oh well! Still a great little small place. I would go back if I’m down 95^th again.

Great salad, great soup, friendly service. The salads are HUGE and they have no problem honoring my request for an additional to-​go container, this way I can split my salad in half and eat it for lunch over two days. The cream of chicken soup is also extremely good. They make everything fresh to order and you can definitely tell. Quality food at decent prices.

I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed Souzy’s yet. Some time back, I was driving by and thought, hmm, I’ve never been in there, and resolved to go the next time I wanted take-​out.
The sign out in front says, Everything here is good. Tough claim to live up to. Over time, I’ve tried a few of their sandwiches, their fries… and you know what, everything here IS good.
Last night I wanted a salad. I thought, Souzy’s has salads; let’s see what they’ve got. I settled on a chicken Caesar salad, waited a few minutes, and took it home.
I almost fainted when I saw how big it was. It’s huge. It’s as big as those at much fancier places, and… it’s better. I can’t quantify exactly what’s better about it, but trust me, it’s one of the best chicken Caesar salads I’ve ever had.
Next time I’ll have to try their Philly cheese steak sandwich… or their breakfast sandwiches… or…
Really, everything here is good. You can’t miss going to Souzy’s.

Great diner, around for years, across from Little Company of Mary hospital, last time I was here was when I was around 7 (now 31) and I remember the food was great, comparable to Carson’s and Dutchies.

This place is great. I have lived in this area for 20 years and always went to Pappy’s — just because it was always more crowded and I figured that was because the food was better. But WRONG. The tuna melt is great. The people are so nice in there. And the menu has some different things than the run of the mill hamburger place, i.e., sandwiches that you would find in a bakery café. The salads are always fresh and the fries are crispy. Wish they were open Sunday too!

Amazing food. Phone first. They’ll have it hot n ready. Gyros and chicken veggie pita are fabulous! Been loyal customers for years

This is one of my favorite places to get a salad! Great mom and pop place. The prices are a little high but I still go there on a regular basis. This is also one of the few places that you can still get a Green River soda. While I know I can log onto Unilocal to look at pictures of their menu, I wish they would print out the menu, it would just make things easier.

Been here 3 times. It is pretty good. The prices are a bit over par for a place like this, I thought. I didn’t have anything that I didn’t enjoy. I have had beef sandwiches and burgers. The people working there are nice. The seating is cozy and there is more seating than you’d figure for a small place like that. The booths are not super roomy. Rated it 4 because it is not one of my «go to» places. Maybe if it were more convenient for me and a bit cheaper and more comfortable, I would.

This restaurant is very good! I usually get the hot dogs but lately have been getting the tamales which are delicious. This place is usually less crowded the pappy’s but the food is just as good if not better! I have been going here since I was about 10 and this place has stronger ties to the community compared to other businesses. The staff is friendly and always helpful! Definitely recommend !

The entire menu is great but the chicken caesar pita is the best you will ever have.

This is a small family owned and operated business. They have allot to choose from just besides bring a hot dog and burger place.
I would highly suggest trying any of the salads which are always fresh good massive. The soup hear is always a favorite not just for me but allot of people. Chicken anything is great it’s just way better here than other places I know by the area great seasoning never disappoints at all. The Rueben always a good choice if Ya want something random.
Everything here is made to order so yes there is a wait for the food if you want to just walk in a pick up and get out I would highly suggest calling in your order before hand and looking the menu up online! Great family great classic evergreen park restaurant!

The food here is decent. I’ve had their mushroom burger, chicken sandwiches, gyro, fries, and fried shroom. 3 stars because I was charged $ 8.50 for a sandwich and fries without a drink! Whoever rated this as a «$» must be making a lot more than I am… Also the owner is a MEGA jerk.

Irish potato soup was amazing! Costumer service could have been better. Gotta walk outside to the back of building to use bathroom?! Odd.

athenian chicken is the best. love it. the chicken lemon soup is really good too.

The food is just ok. The employees seem confused at times and a 15 minute wait for 3 sandwiches because they thought they lost my order when I was sitting there waiting for it wasn’t a great experience.

I have driven by a bunch of times and never paid any mind to this renovated Taco Bell until some coworkers said the chicken sandwiches are good. They are! I had the Milano and my friend had the parm with fries. The FRIES are yumtastic! I’m ticked that I know about them now because they are frickin’ awesome.

Only 1 star review is from some jackass who got yelled at for parking in their parking lot… I bet you she sucks as a person.
the owners are super nice, especially the wife who is super, super nice.
The food, gotta get the gyro, and a snowshake. Everything is pretty good.
