Subway

My kids and I do subway for lunch on the go all the time. We have been to many different locations. Will never go back to this location. My kids are picky eaters and my daughter LOVES the meatball sub. Every subway has been able to accommodate two meatballs and sauce on the kids sandwich, this location gave me such a hard time. She does not even get cheese on it. The sour employee said the manager «discourages» that sort of thing. They wanted me to buy an adult meal… My daughter is 7, cannot eat the full 6″ sub and wants the kids toy, milk and apples… They eventually let us do it but I felt like I was doing something wrong. Will avoid this location, very sour, inexperienced employees. Took forever just to get rung up. We were the only ones in the store…

I wish I had read the reviews here prior to going, but I was short on time and assumed it would be a good location like most other Subways. WRONG. The sandwich artist looked and acted as if he barely had a pulse and had zero enthusiasm whatsoever. Once I ordered I was told they could not accommodate my order and I had to change it. For a simple footlong sandwich, they didnt have enough meat. Really? I am extremely disappointed with my food and while I am only in the area a short time, I will go anywhere else besides this place for future meals. To management: maybe take a look at these reviews and do something about your restaurant. Have some pride. Or sell it to someone who will do something to make this a place where people WANT to come eat.

After 40 years of beeeing a loyal customer am switchhing to FIREEHOUSE subs by Target-​beside theyy haave chicken salad and muchh better meatball subs!

Poor customer service. I walked in and the employee didn’t say anything to me no greeting or a hi. I wanted to get spinach on my sandwich the lady Said no it’s only for breakfast sandwiches. She lucky I didn’t leave I’ll never go back again.

This place is near my work. The manager and workers know how to help a person on a halal diet and they do a very good job at it. I know other reviews say this place is under staffed, but I usually get my food in under two minutes (I may not be coming at peak times). I don’t know everyone’s name but the manager and the team are always super helpful. Thanks guys!

I had to order for a party of 7 so I called the store and was told to do it online. So I went online to place the order in but you can only order 6 things at a time. I was going to split the orders but there’s not cash option on the website. So I called the store again to see if I could place the order over the phone and was told they weren’t allowed to do that, had to use the website. I told them my issues with the site and then they told me there was nothing they could do and that they can’t take my order over the phone. Funny thing is, when I called the first time and told them my situation, I told them I was paying in cash and it was for 7 people and they still told me to order online. The two things I told them were the two things I couldn’t do online. Soooo why tell me to order online when the website would restrict me? Do they not know their own website?
My party and I ended up ordering from somewhere else that was more accommodating. What a headache this was.

FREE HAIR! Got a sandwich there today, there was a hair in it, not mine or my roommates, too short. Also tasteless too. This is my first disappointing experience with a subway, I mean how hard is it to make a good tasting tuna, mayo and pickles sandwich? I do iit all the time and it has much more flavor.

Every time I come in there are 6 sandwiches in front of me in line and only 1 person working. Have left before due to not wanting to wait 25 minutes for a sandwich. Girl who is usually working is very nice and does an excellent job. Too bad they are too cheap to get her some help.

Always a great place to get dinner after playing soccer on Monday’s. Subs are always delicious.

Convenient (to where I was in the moment)? Yes. But quite slow (and it wasn’t even the busy hour… in fact, there was only one other person in there).
I think Subway products are delicious, just wish the chains were more consistent.

Although Subway is a chain, i have found that there are sub-​par subways i the world. A single cucumber– on a footlong, a sign for soup they have not served for three hours… take it down… customer service non existent.
