I love the product that comes from this business! Beautiful, custom crafted wood work! The employees are friendly, the turn around times are reasonable, and even though the cost can be a little high, you definitely get what you pay for! The craftsmanship is otherworldly!
Definitely look into quantum as your window and door manufacturer if you are ever in the market!

There are some excellent window and door products on the market that are less expensive than Quantum. We had a full floor of windows installed with their product and have had nothing but problems. We have had bleeding gunk from the window panes and now fogging windows. Quantum was very unresponsive to requests for help with this. Clearly a product defect. This was over $ 15,000 in windows that we purchased from them.
Their products have a short life span and customer service is quick to tell you the warranty only covers replacing glass which is only about 20.00 to them but labor for each glass pane is 250.00 or so. That cost falls on the customer. Buyer Beware. Find another manufacturer. This warranty is a joke.
