Nothing positive to say about this company other than they didn’t overtly steal my money. That being said, you can pretty much assume that their follow through on issues is zero. We ordered windows and sliding doors from different«high end» companies and there were problems that they effectively just ignored. My attempts to get any kind of response would take months and even then nothing would happen. The only further action I could take was to sue them which is probably not worth the hassle. Chief among their worst people is Leslie Chessler. She a professional at not caring or following through. Do yourself a favor and find another window company.

This was the worst experience of my life. They were late on delivery, the salesman was totally unresponsive to my wishes. I wanted rolling screens and easy wash windows. We spent over 60000.00 on Marvin windows for our house and did not get the 2 features we desired and asked for. To make matters worst, they sold us the wrong window for the root cellar and would not take it back when we discovered it was not to code. Their salesman, Doug, did not know the code. The owner refused to return my calls. Don’t do business with these people — they will not look out for your best interests.

After a window at my local Everett Business was broken, I called around several places only to be told that I would have to wait 3 – 5 business days to have the non sliding part of my double pane window repaired. So, I called Goldfinch and to my delight was told that they had the capability to fix my window the same day. I was so impressed only 20 minutes after I called, they showed up to give me an estimate. 4 hours later they showed up with my new window. I am so happy that I am recommending them to everyone!

I am so impressed with this company! They were on time for the measuring and for the install! They also beat two other bids by well known larger companies by a lot. The replacement was a large 5x8ft custom window and I I hardly knew they were even here as they were so quiet, efficient and courteous. They also replaced several windows for my parents and they loved the service as well.

First off, if anyone has ever let a windows sales rep into your home, you know most of them are like letting a used car salesmen in, except you can’t run away, you have to whiteness a hard sell at your kitchen table, which is the worst experience ever. So, when Kevin from Goldfinch Brothers came to give me a bid it was a total relief. He took a number of measurements, talked about the types of windows and told me I would get a written bid in the next 24 hours. What a relief, finally some professionalism and I didn’t have to hear a sales pitch. On top of that, they were the low bid of the five other bids I had received. Installation. Amazing, they took their time, even took some windows out to reset them when they realized they weren’t quite perfect. I have a condo with 3 windows and a sliding glass door. I thought for sure they would cram it in one day. But they took their time to do it right over a 2 day period. All in all I can’t say enough about the experience, highly recommend.

Maybe they do good work. But they sure don’t seem to be interested in landing any new business. I made two trips to their showroom and sent a couple of emails requesting information and a bid for Milgard windows. New home — about $ 20,000 worth of windows needed. The woman who helped me, Brandi, never replied to my emails. They never followed up our visit with the information requested. Why would I do business with a company so unresponsive?
