Decided to do some delivery pizza tonight. We had the chicken and spinach pizza and a cheese pizza. Both where warm and looked good. The right amount of cheese. The chicken and tomatoes where a bit lacking. Its chain delivery pizza that was not bad but not great. Service was fast on a Saturday night.

A bit more expensive than everyone else. They can deliver in under 45 mins some of the time but there’s no consistency whatsoever. Getting the order right is part of the problem. Finding someone on the phone old enough to have a respectable conversation might be an issue, as well. Papa John would be ashamed of this crew. As for the pizza… too expensive for the price. It’s average at best. However, if you still feel the need to give it a try, get the pizza cooked well done… just sayin’.

First, we love this pizza and have ordered from this location before without any trouble… today, however, was an epic fail when we have out — of — town guests who offered to buy dinner. We ordered pepperoni pizza and cheese breadsticks and we were delivered plain breadsticks and a cheese pizza. Two calls later and rude treatment by the manager, and we’re considering whether it’s worth ordering from this location again. They did send out a corrected order but the aggravation of our guest was embarrassing.

If you haven’t tried this pizza you will like it. The sauce is sweeter than the other pizza places and is of high quality. To me the food is excellent(pizza, wings and desserts) and in the 5+ years I have patronized this place I haven’t had issues. The staff starts missing us if we haven’t ordered a delivery in a while! The delivery times and accuracy of the orders have above avergage. We live nearby which makes it easier for them to get to us. The variety of combinations is very good and there is always a special offer. I haven’t tried the carryout option.

Once again, really great pizza! The service is fast too! I swear I wait only 15 minutes for it to be delivered. The veggie pizza is super good!

Terrible terrible service on the 4th of July. My pizzas were not fully cooked even tho I asked for the well done. I had to cut the pizza myself because they failed to cut them. I called back and asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t do anything about it that night even tho I did call. What a joke. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy

My roommate ordered a pizza and breadsticks on a Wednesday night at 6:55pm. 8:00 rolls around and still no pizza. She called to ask when it would be delivered and the employee said it was lost and they would have to make a new one but she could have 25% off. YARIGHT! They lost the pizza and had no idea where it went or what driver took it. My roommate asked to talk to a manager who told get she could have the pizza for free but it was going to take another 40 minutes! The store is less than 5 miles from our house! When I worked in food service if something went wrong, you fixed it IMMEDIATELY. Not 40 minutes later. The pizza finally arrived at 9:15 and the delivery girl said«well there ya go.» No apology, no sincerity. Nothing. Not to mention that was the shittiest pizza I’ve had in my entire life. Even little Caesars hot and ready pizzas are better than that sorry excuse for a pizza.

Okay, so I’ve seen the commercials for like ever, but I have never had a Papa John’s Pizza, but the other day I saw the commercial for the«Double Cheeseburger Pizza» and thought that now would be a good time to try it out. Afterall, the commercias look pretty honest and sincere and the glam-shot TV pizza looked pretty good. So we hop online to order. Of course I get the Double Cheeseburger Pizza. So here’s the breakdown: –1 star… There is a delivery fee/charge, really??? Yeah, at this point, they’d better hope the pizza is over the top good, because that alone is a deal breaker. Only because I order from other places that I love and you know what… they deliver for free… which usually means more trip to the delivery driver. –1 star… The pizza was… okay. For a pizza called a Double Cheeseburger pizza, the ground beef was pretty skimp, cheese, not much more… actually appeared less… than a normal pepperoni n cheese pizza I would order anywhere else… and about the only thing that made it «Cheeseburger-sh» in nature were the pickles… which was kinda weird on a pizza. So my first Papa John’s pizza was kind of a let down. On a positive note, the crust was okay. We also ordered some garlic bread sticks, which were good, but with the amount of bread they gave us vs. the amount of dipping sauce? There was only one tiny cup of dipping sauce. Enough to get through maybe 3 or 4 sticks before you are empty. As if they were skimping on the sauce… there’s that word again. So the bottom line, it was okay, but not what I would consider«over the top» good… and certainly not enough to justify paying for an additional delivery fee. Again, much, much better pizza out there and w/o the fee! Repeat business from me… No.

I hope you don’t have a coupon that you plan on using, because this place doesn’t believe in them! I had a valid coupon and was following the instructions on the coupon on how and what to order and the woman wanted to argue with me and tell me that I could not use it. I will no longer be going to THIS Papa Johns!

I ordered online and what I like about the online service is that they show you what you ordered after you place it. Anyways I ordered some bbq wings and a pizza. When they arrived I went in to check to make sure my food was correct and surprise! I got buffalo instead of bbq. So I call them and ask when I can get a replacement and the woman on the phone didn’t say anything at all. I had to say hello again just to see if she was still there. Finally she snapped back into the conversation and said it would be another 30 minute wait on top of the 40 minutes I just spent waiting for this order to arrive. I didn’t get a sorry about the mix up or any apology of any sort. Very disappointing experience, I am definitely not ordering from here again.

you cant even look at the menu online without giving all your info, address, phone #, then they charge $ 3.49 for delivery, do I tip off of that? or is that the tip? that seems a bit high for a $ 20 meal. plus they have the same ‘salad’ I can buy at Safeway for ½ the price.

I originally quit ordering here because the pizza was undercooked every single time. After about a year, I ordered from the app instead & selected«well done». It is absolutely perfect now! Best Papa John’s I’ve ever had anywhere. The $ 3.29 delivery fee is high because I live 1⁄10 mile away, so I try not to order unless I can pick up. If they’d lower the fee, I’d order at least every week.

I am so sad to say that we have had to replace our Papa John’s with a new pizza dealer(yes dealer, as in addict). I cannot in good conscious support a business with the«values» of Papa John’s. I want to support a business that does right by its employees and isn’t supporting political causes I am in direct opposition to. The pizza is pretty good, but the guilt from eating it tastes rotten.

Okay, you know how you’re not suppose to compare the guy you’re dating to your ex-boyfriend who you had to break up with(not because his quality has gone down, but because you’ve moved too far away to maintain a realistic relationship)? Hmmm… yeah. Although I have yet to find myself committing the aforementioned offense, I do find myself committing a corollary offense of comparing every pizza joint I try to my favorite pizza joint(which I had to break up with since I moved too far away to maintain a regular patronage… oh and I’ve become lactose intolerant in the last year). Papa John’s is better than Garlic Jim’s, which is better than Domino’s, but none compares to Jet City and its delicious crust, sauce, and toppings. I’ll give Papa John’s points for fresh ingredients, but if the entire thing doesn’t come together in a delicious ooey gooey mess of carbs and dairy, it’s not really worth chancing the lactose intolerance punishment. As for the staff — they’re just fine, but nowhere as friendly as the man behind the counter at Garlic Jim’s or Jet City. The online order process also falls short of Domino’s(where you can watch the progress of your pizza readiness — what can I say, I’m an engineer and that won points with me). My biggest grip, however, is the lack of standard white button mushrooms, and the lack of ham as toppings. Canadian bacon is a fine substitute, but not when it’s chunky(as opposed to sliced). Also, no eggplant or spinach. Thumbs down. Trying Papa Murphy’s next… if that doesn’t work, there’s always Little Ceasar’s(which I haven’t been in probably 20 years).

I’m a HUGE fan of paper thin pizza crust and theirs is AMAZINGLYGOOD. The pizza sauce is so fresh tasting — best ever period — and there’s plenty of toppings too. I’ve been a Garlic Jim’s fan for a looonnnggg time, but the jig is up. It’s Papa John’s for me now. You can order online for delivery. I love that. 4 stars for the pizza 1 extra BIG star for the friendly driver who actually READTHEDIRECTIONS I provided on the online order form and didn’t get lost finding my house.(Hear that Garlic Jim’s guys?) Of course, I tipped him appropriately. It’s awesome when the pizza arrives and its actually HOT because the delivery guy wasn’t cruising around the neighborhood with your dinner.

I’m picky about pizza… from the amount of topping, sauces, crust, etc. but after years of trying everything, the best delivery chain is Papa John’s hands down. The crust is flavorful, actually tastes hand tossed by professional«hand tossers» =P and you actually finish the whole slice, crust included. That speaks for itself! The sauce is just right, mildly tangy and not overpowering like spaghetti sauce, the cheese is not too much or too little, and the toppings are always FRESH! How can you not love that each box of pizza ALWAYS comes with a huge pepperoncini(banana pepper) and a few side sauces of their famous marinara & garlic sauce to dip their delightful crusts with. Yummy! So before you contemplate Domino’s or Pizza Hut, try Papa John’s out! I know, 5 stars right? Call me crazy but don’t judge me lol, judge for yourself!

I’ve been here plenty of times before but never got around to writing a review. I came in specifically today because of «…free pizza to all Camaro owners Wednesday, August 26.» Read here: I was expecting to pay taxes, be suckered into buying something else and having terrible quality pizza cause of the rush of free pies. But that wasn’t the case. They were speedy, TOTALLYFREE pizza, NO tax, other purchase not necessary and when I got home pizza tasted amazingly! Whoever said free food tastes better, wasn’t lying, lol. Regardless of if it was free or not, I love this location. They guys are always friendly, quick to get your food hot and ready to go and their deals/specials are WAY better than any other pizza parlor!
