Good Guys Pizza

The first time we ordered from them, the mozzarella sticks were undercooked, so the coating was pale and mushy, but they made it right, and otherwise we’ve had great experiences.
The pizza is pretty darn good and I was shocked by their salad when I ordered one for the first time last night. It wasn’t anything special in composition, but the portion was huge for the price. Quite a value and a great option if you’ve got one person in the house who is doing low carb.

Ive ordered from Good Guys twice and is satisfied each time. Prices are affordable. Delivery is super fast besides when it gets super busy during lunch hr, but thats okay. Food still comes to you fresh and hot!

Yo guys, I always order this pesto pasta and it’s always amazing. Tonight it came with a pool of water. Please drain your pasta before you pop it in the container, it takes a couple extra seconds but it makes alllll the difference.

I love walking into this place and having the smell of delicious pizza hit you in the face. The staff is always smiling and you can tell they’re having fun doing what they do. My favorite pizza is the chicken luau, ranch sauce with ham chicken bacon pineapple and bbq sauce, you can’t go wrong, delicious. To top off everything they make their dough fresh everyday. Sometimes when you’re in picking up your order you can see them making it, not many places still do this. I think the chicken Alfredo pasta is better and more creamy then one you get at the Olive Garden. The breadsticks are even amazing and you get 12 of them for such a cheap price, cheaper and way better then Pizza Hut or Dominos.

Not the right way to talk to your customers. Look at the responses on here. We used to love this place so it’s unfortunate.

First experience with these guys and won’t be the last. Ordered a large 2 topping and 10 wings. Got the Italian wings and for the first time ever wings delivered from a pizza joint showed up hot! Flavor was good and plenty of meat. Pizza was good too. Would’ve liked to have seen more toppings but still delicious! I will be back for more.

I think I’ve tried everything here except the desserts and it’s all tastes delicious. Definitely recommend some bread sticks. Sweet weekday lunch deal and a huge selection of pop too.
But Kamy, you absolutely need to stop posting harsh responses to your customers bad reviews. It’s poor business ethics and you are only hurting yourself. It doesn’t matter when they order/​post a review. Just apologize, offer a discount and move on.

Two stars because the very first time we ordered a pizza from them it was hot and delicious (though it took a long time to deliver to us).
NO stars for the last time we were in. I had the lasagna-​it was bland, and lukewarm, plus the sauce tasted like watery ketchup.
Hubs had the chicken strips & a salad, salad was unremarkable. Chicken strips were bland and then the next day my husband got sick to his stomach, which we didn’t think anything of, but after he ate his leftovers, he got sick again.
Pretty disappointing after the tasty pizza. We won’t be back.

We have lived in Everett for 2 years and I don’t know why we never tried this place! For 10 bucks, my husband and I got a delicious Hawaiian pizza and an order of breadsticks. Not a couple of breadstick either, a whole bunch! And the homemade ranch was perfect for dipping. This place has great prices for yummy food! We will definitely be coming back!

I have eaten from here many times. The pizza is great.
But I have to one star the place. Last Friday I ordered chicken strips (supposed to be hot but really bland), Chefs salad (it was ok but the chicken was tiny cubes), Lasagna (so generic and blah), and mozzarella sticks (cold pieces of cheese in a weak breading).
So the food sucked last week. Thats not enough w/​the good experiences to rate 1 star. However last weekend my wife and I both felt a bit sick and had some food poisoning. Could not say for sure where it came from. I ate the leftover chicken from here yesterday and today I have food poisoning.
So let me warn you eat here at your own risk. I cant prove anything… but the proof is in the bathroom. I’ve spent half my work day in the bathroom. I can say we wont be coming back. Nothing like horrible food poisoning on Christmas eve to make my holiday suck.

I’ll just get to the point. My pizza (yes, ONE pizza) took over 2 hours to be delivered, and I’m right down the street from them.
When I called the restaurant, the guy had a horrible attitude and told me that my order got «pushed aside» because they «got swamped». Uuuum… OK? No apology, no further explanation. As a matter of fact, he was kind enough to inform me that they had JUST started making my order… an hour and a half after I had placed it.
I was pretty steamed by the time the pizza arrived. Luckily, the delivery driver was very friendly and apologetic, and explained the situation to me. Plus, I must say, it was delicious pizza.
The reason why I still kept this review at 3 stars is because of some of the responses that I have seen from the owner on this page… Disclosing customer’s orders publicly and in great detail, and with an undertone of passive-​aggression is not only unprofessional, but very unbecoming of a business owner.
EDIT: As you can see below, she is STILL unapologetic and refuses to even acknowledge that a mistake was made, blaming it on ME for «living in Seattle». I live in Shoreline now, btw. Adjusted my review to 2 stars. Learn from your mistakes, Good Guys.

In the mood for fresh pizza or hot sandwiches? This is the place. I recommend chicken ranch sub absolutely delicious. Chicken ranch sub, chips, and a drink $ 11.50 with tax. Little expensive for a lunch if you ask me but for a single dinner isn’t so bad. My favorite part is the punch cards, after 6 purchases, you get anything free up to $ 8 or $ 8 credit. Remember, never forget your punch card =)

I ordered pizza from them during the Seahawks game when the power was out, I knew when I called that delivery times were most likely going to be atrocious but I was fine waiting as long as the pizza would be warm when delivered. I asked the guy taking the order if it was going to sit under a warmer for an hour before being delivered and he assured me that would not be the case. I got a large pepperoni pizza and an order of breadsticks.
The driver showed up 2 and a half hours later with my food. They use a portable credit card machine at the time of delivery and of course it wasnt working properly. The driver then acted annoyed that card was my only option to pay and said «really, you have no cash?». I responded that I could pay with check and he said he did not know if they accept them and asked me to call in to the store over the phone to pay.
After that whole debacle, we sat down to enjoy our pizza and breadsticks only to find soggy cold overly seasoned breadsticks and pizza. I am talking cold, not even lukewarm. We couldnt even finish a slice. What a waste of close to $ 30.
If I wanted crappy pizza I would have ordered from pizza hut and at least it would have been warm. I would NEVER recommend this place.

Change the name to skimpy hut. Forgot my feta 3 times. elsewhere i can clearly see what i order… owner said he put it on there… if you did then hense skimpy hut.

Really great customer service! When I called to place my order the gentleman on the phone was friendly and helpful offering suggestions on pizzas since I was ordering for a large group.
I called about 20 min before the pizza was set to deliver and they graciously allowed me to add soda to my order since I had forgotten. I told the driver on the phone I would tip big to which his reply was «I’m just doing my job but if you feel so inclined to tip me it would be appreciated!» Well done! That earned him a bigger tip!
The pizzas were good the customers liked them. I would say they were good… not great which is why the four stars.
The bbq sauce on the bbq chicken pizza was quite sweet.

I order from here quite often. I love how cheap their lasagna is. Even though it doesnt come with a side salad like most places, but it comes with a lot of bread sticks. These guys They go out of their way to make my experience a nice one or to make changes to my order without any hassle. They really live up to their name.
Not that I ever do the deal, but on their website it says the daily deal. And some are seriously great opportunities for saving a few bucks!
I hope this place never disappoints me. Between here and Amantes, Im happy :)

The best pizza here. We have only ever ordered delivery and all our experiences have been positive. The delivery guys are friendly. Prices are reasonable. Food is delicious. The pizzas have fresh ingredients and the crust is always thoroughly cooked and soft. The pizzas aren’t disgustingly oily either which is great! You never get that gross feeling you feel with really oily pizzas from other places. Their garlic bites are delicious as well as their wings! Their bbq chicken wings paired with ranch dipping sauce is the best.

I’ve eaten here twice, both delivery, which I normally pickup at most pizza places. I guess because I use GrubHub. The Pizza is good to me, better than the chains but certainly nothing amazing or special. Of course I’m picky and didn’t care to wait 1 ½+ hours to get my order. The drivers are always nice though and so far so good.
I’m giving it 3 stars for the long waits and that I always ask them to cook it extra because we like it crispy and they don’t, in fact it always needs a little extra bake time in my opinion.
I’d recommend it though, especially if your looking for something different than the chains and want to order quick online, it’s great!

The best Cheesy Garlic bread i have ever had in my life! Cheesy, crispy and buttery but not too greasy. I come here for this alone! I’m giving this place 4 stars for the Chessy Garlic Bread in itself! Well and service… Lol
The pizza however is okay, they use really fresh ingredients and you can tell but the flavor is a little lacking. They have pretty tasty salads here though.
Don’t get the wings they are gross in my opinion. They are soggy and have a weird texture.
Service is excellent. Family owned and operated. Always nice, friendly and on time. They also provide a punch card for frequent fliers. :)
