The manager that helped me was Sam. My opinion was that she was rude, called me a liar and laughed at me. This was over a $ 17 dress that i wanted to return do to defect. I had the receipt, that i had spent over $ 300 on and she refused to return my item because i had removed a tag. She was very rude and i will never return to this Old Navy. The Alderwood location provides excellent customer service.

This place is great. They have cute clothes and the location is clean and tidy. Some employees are kind of rude and out if it. Went to shop here today and the blonde girl that rang my clothes up took about five minutes to actually move. She’s just stood there and I asked her if something was wrong and finally she started to ring my stuff up. She’s was rude, dopey and really slow. Took her about twenty minutes to ring up five shirts. This place does need some new, NICE employees.

Pretty nice Old Navy. Not one of the newer flashier stores but definitely good place to go. The staff is always friendly and every time I’ve been in the store has been clean and in order. Great selection. Nicer IMO than the one down by Alderwood mall.

Wow! I have never had any problems with this location. I detest going to the mall, so I love this ON since it is right on the edge of the mall and I don’t have to go to shopping hell to get there. I have always had great customer service and I love that this location carries undies(the Fruit of the Loom they have there are awesome). Solid, good Old Navy.

Old Navy, you and I used to be buds. Back in the day this was where I got all my work shirts from. I worked in a bookstore and needed cheap shirts that I could destroy and I sorted through the greater Seattle area’s discarded used books and got all sort of dust and debris all over myself. Since I moved out here in 2003 the quality has gone seriously down hill to the point that I’ll only pick up items that I don’t care if they are disposable. If I still had that bookstore job my shirts would be full of holes and falling apart at the seams. In fact the last time I bought shirts there I had to come home and sew a seam up before I even washed the shirt. Now today I’m shopping for maternity clothes and I think they train people on this production line. Sizes are all over the map. Sometimes it is the style of the garment and sometimes two shirts that are the same size and style fit differently. The quality is very sub par, the selection is TERRIBLE with a capital T, and I question whether anything but the ruched sided shirts are actually designed with real pregnant ladies in mind.

This is the closest Old Navy location to my home and I will drive an extra 10 miles to Lynnwood to not shop at this location! I’ve never experienced associates so dismissive. I made a purchase 8⁄24 at the Burlington location $ 116, and I had a coupon for 30% off, when I made my purchase the coupon turned out to be online only, I decided to buy the stuff anyway. The next day I received a 30% coupon for in store only. I went into the Everett store to get an adjustment on my purchase and purchase more since I was so excited about my coupon. I went to the register and the girl said yeah this shouldn’t be a problem, I asked if I should get my other purchases first and another lady next to her leaned over while helping another customer and said we can’t do it for you because it was a prior purchase. I asked if there was a way to just return and resell the purchase so I could use my coupon and she said no you can’t return it and re-purchase it. Her name was Ashley and she was very dismissive. I didn’t want to freak out, because I’m not that person, so I just started walking away kind of frustrated, then I decided I was going to talk with a manager. I asked this other girl behind the counter for a manager and she said that’s me(so she watched the whole interaction between Ashley and myself, and didn’t intervene explained myself again and I explained to her that I plan on making another purchase I would take store credit, it’s really over $ 30 I don’t understand why it’s that big of a deal(I swear this girl acted like I was stealing from her). She explained that I could go home and get the clothes and return them and then they would resell them to me. I asked why it was necessary that I go home, can’t you return it off the receipt and resell it and she said no I would have to go home and get the stuff in order to process the transaction. The coupon expired today so I debated whether I really wanted to drive back to Everett from my house because I live about 12 miles away plus there was weird traffic today wasn’t sure it was really worth the extra trip… but really I wanted to buy a bunch of other stuff so I decided to truck it back in there. I walk in to the store and Ashley and the manager I spoke with Kaitlyn are standing behind the counter, they see me and they walked away from the counter(weird). I then get in line I was first in line there were 4 people behind the counter one ringing another lady, then another girl offered to help me. I walked up and explained that I needed to return this stuff and repurchase it to get the discount, she asked if I was returning anything and I said no, she said no problem it might just take a minute because she had to hand key it(funny, thought Kaitlyn and Ashley couldn’t do that)…I said thank you very much I appreciate it and a few minutes into it a girl by the name of Linsey came over and asked her what she was doing Dannie(the only nice associate I interacted with besides the first one who Ashley interrupted) explained what we were doing. She then said they couldn’t do that and what they would have to do is put all the clothes back and I would have to shop for them if I wanted them again(yes this really happened)…I then asked how that makes any sense, and explained that Dannie was doing just fine helping me until those other girls left the counter and went and sent you to come up here and shut me down once again even though I just drove all the way home and got my stuff as they instructed me to do. She then said she lives in Marysville too and it’s not that far… I asked her why in the world they wanted to give someone such a hard time over $ 30…especially someone who is 7 ½ months pregnant with a toddler(who I had to pack up both times) and who is a card holder with you. She then said they weren’t trying to give me a hard time they just can’t do it… I explained to her that they clearly had some sort of problem with me, and quite frankly the other manager already made me go home once and get the stuff(even though I didn’t need to) they needed to take care of me because they already said they would.(pretty sure I was shaking) Linsey then said they would go ahead and do it this time but they’re really not suppose to(as if they were doing me some sort of favor). After Linsey left, Dannie continued to process my transaction as I was near tears because I was so frustrated with the way those girls treated me… I feel really awful that I made it ultra awkward for Dannie, as she was the only nice person there I kept apologizing to her probably making it more awkward… sorry Dannie After getting my $ 32 back I went to the Lynnwood location and spent $ 300 and used my coupon and now I’m happy… but my recommendation would be to never go to this location because for some reason they just want to pick fights with their customers which I find very odd. I feel better, thanks Unilocal
