Shop is in the Everett Mall by Macys, so it’s real convenient.
I have used this shop for basic same day service but also for my wife’s dresses and two weddings.
The ladies that work here are good… but if you have something special… make an appointment with Laura.
It’s worth it… great fashion sense, I think she was a designer in her homeland.
I appreciate good work and being ontime… both this shop delivers on.

just picked up my motorcycle jacket that needed a new zipper. it’s never easy finding someone to take on this. it’s labor intensive for not much pay. they didn’t have a large enough zipper in stock so one of the ladies went to other stores that might have it. she ended up having to special order. The zipper was great. Very heavy duty. It was a heavy jacket for her to work with but she made it all work for $ 55.

In order for them to return money for the service they didn’t do, you have to call Laura and set up a time for her to come in! Her own employee called her cheap! This place won’t be in the mall much longer since I’ve already complained to the mall management and I’m going to complain to the BBB! This place has the worst costumer service! The woman that called her boss cheap is horrible too! I wouldn’t be surprise if that was Laura and she thought we will just go away!
This will close down soon!
