McDonald’s

I went through the drive thru and gave a confusing order with two separate checks and the guy handled it well. We got all our food in a reasonable amount of time plus we got extra nuggets. That’s good and bad. I went in to see if they wanted them back but they let me keep them. Score.

This is the worst McDonald’s in Western Washington. How is it you can mess up my order EVERY time? The order is correct on the screen, you confirm it when I pay, and the receipt is correct. You literally only need to stuff the sack with what’s on the screen. Guess I’ll drive a little further just to get what I pay for.

This morning I attempted to use the MCds app on my phone for the buy one get in free breakfast sandwich. When their lazier did not work Caroline, the manager in charge told me «you used it already,» which is not true and I told her that. This app is renewed each week and I’ve not met for breakfast this week with my husband to share the two sandwiches. Her attitude towards me was indignant and Pia’s, she was going to be right no matter what. She at one point offered a free cup of coffee, which she did not provide I paid $ 8.39 for two sandwiches and a cup of coffee. This app is unreliable and often doesn’t work. Too, I’ve bought a frozen large lemonade nearly every day. And even though I have them stamp the app. It never registers. I should have had two free ones, by now, at least. The breakfast sandwiches are not worth four dollars a piece, however they are a good deal when it is buy one get one free. McDonalds needs to get their app together and retrain their manager in how to treat a customer, little does she realize that without the customer she has no job.

What amazes me most is it McDonald’s gets worst every visit. The good news is if you do not have any money to go on vacation and you would like to go to a third world country, just come and visit this McDonalds

I hate this particular McDonald’s.
The building is cool looking, lots of parking and the drive thru is laid out efficiently.
I’ve only ever gone through the drive thru.
Both times I’ve encountered rude employees, can barely hear them on the speaker and I always check my order. I want what I order, not just whatever they threw in a bag.
Both times the fries have tasted horrible. Under cooked and massively over salted.
Avoid this place like the plague.

This is the worst place to go! The food is acceptable but they kept blaring music in the lobby! Chased myself and a dozen other people out of the store! This was at 8 AM !

it is very beautiful inside and very clean it’s very different from other McDonalds I have been to. The food is really good and the food is given to you soon so you don’t have to wait a long time.

Breakfast this morning was very disappointing, usually I make it at home but was rushed today. My sausage egg bucuit was almost petrified, talk about a hockey puck, I’m lucky I didn’t break a tooth. I thought the bucuit was supposed to be light and fluffy, it was like a gravel egg combo. Hash browns? When was the last time they changed the oil, grotesque, burnt potato exoskeleton that was saturated with oil, yum…, bye bye McDonalds. …I HATE YOU!

I just purchased 20 pieces chicken nuggets, but when I got home there was only 10 pieces and there was no fries for kids meal. The toy for kids meal is also different from they display. I am just so disappointed! SUCK store. The worst ever!

So, McDonald’s is McDonald’s is McDonald’s. But, I thought this particular store was pretty cool. It was high tech and clean, as it was recently remodeled. The staff was friendly and patient with some of the other challenging customers who came up. I ordered my usual fruit and yogurt parfait, while my husband ordered a double cheeseburger. Of course, the food at McD’s is pretty standard across the board, but there was something about this location that made me want to stay and hang out. Oh yes, and thank you to the person who decided they didn’t want their mocha frappé! It was delicious!

If I could give them no stars; I would. WORST McDonald’s ever, they ALWAYS forget something. ALWAYS, and I am always there between 5 to 5:30am and most of the time there are no cars in the drive-​thru. I don’t know if they want to be known for fast service but they need to quit trying because not only are they slow, they are just so forgetful. THEY SUCK. and YES I AM PISSED; pregnant and hungry.

This McDonald’s is within walking distance of my home and I would go much more often if David, the GM wasn’t such a jerk. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich WITHOUT mayo but wanted to substitute onions. I was charged extra for the onion. SERIOUSLY??? For four extra onion slivers??? When I questioned the extra charge, David got very rude with me. He ended up literally slapping the extra charge into my hand. Wow. A squeeze of mayo costs more than an few slivers of onion, especially since those are going to be thrown away if nobody eats them. When I asked his employees who orders without onions a sweet, honest girls raised her hand. Even though they are willing to have fund raisers, it’s not enough to make me go back.

This has to be the worst McDonalds around. Every single time we have ordered from them they make a mistake, forget part of the meal. Give the wrong coffee etc. I rarely go to McDonalds but if they can’t get a Yogurt Parfait and a coffee right then there is definently some issues. Avoid this McDonalds at all costs.

It’s McDonalds. You are either a fan or you are not. Drive thru accuracy has improved greatly.

This is kinda neat to visit, or drive through after we visit our fav Thai place up the street. Starch-​boy doesn’t like much in the way of Thai food so we make the quick visit here on the way home.
The restaurant has the «retro» style of the older/​original McD’s the one’s with the «golden» arches actually built into the building, it’s kinda neat just to see this reproduction. Food-​wise as are all McD’s…meh… 3 stars for the retro look.
I will say the Drive-​by window service is fast.
