KFC

One star only because you cannot give zero stars. Just drove through and picked up a bucket of chicken — the $ 20 family fillup. I asked for mashed potatoes instead of cole slaw. This is the same order I place every time. When I got home I found they had given me all cole slaw. This is not the first time they have screwed up the simplest of orders. That’s what comes of hiring people who barely, barely speak English. Second, no one answered the phone when I called. I let it ring multiple times and tried four times. Not only does no one answer the phone at the number on the ticket, there is another number listed for this location online/​website that is not in service. This location is not that busy and certainly not on this Sunday afternoon. I’m scratching this location off of my list.

Chicken seems old often times. Pieces are half the size than before. KFC used to be way better. Taste is different from how good it was but generally still okay and okay is different from good. It is acceptable but not preferred. A few times original recipe isn’t available around 9:30pm. Quality is down big time taste and size wise.

a KFC that DOESN’T have any fried chicken when you try to order it (at 9:00 PM on a Friday night)? Kind of defeats the idea of going to Kentucky «Fried» Chicken. And no… I don’t want «grilled» chicken instead (if I wanted grilled chicken, I’d go elsewhere). I’d put something on the «Good For» section but there’s no entry for «fasting». On an amusing note, this was the second KFC I tried tonight, same result… and they wonder why they’re never busy.

I don’t mind the food but the manager at this place strongly dislikes employers family to come and eat at the place or even order something to go. I am not going to drive 20 minutes away to a different kfc when it is literally a few minutes away.

This KFC sucks and the Hispanic girls there are rude. I went there one time at 9 o’clock (they close at 10pm) and I wanted to order a few extra pieces of crispy chicken. They didn’t have the chicken and I was told that unless I was gonna buy $ 20 or more of chicken they weren’t gonna make it. Their excuse was that they wanted to start «cleaning up» for the night. I’m not sure why they had a menu when apparently you can’t order from it if they’re out and they’re to lazy to make it. After reading all of the poor reviews of this location I’m filing a complaint with KFC corporate.

Typical KFC, biscuits are yummy, extra crispy is crispy, being able to get mug rootbeer is a plus. However, these guys are always more expensive than the KFC on evergreen and they never honor the deal that is advertised on TV. Its always a couple bucks more… and they are more often then not-​out of chicken. Coming by after 8o’clock at night? Good luck getting a family meal. Was actually told once that there was no chicken because someone was on break… who? The only person in the place who can make chicken? Now I drive the extra 2 miles to Evergreen. Its cheaper, cleaner, friendlier, and they always have chicken.

Not a fan with the service! This is my first and last time at this place. First of all, the girl taking our order didn’t apply my coupon and argued that she did. The receipt clearly showed she charged FULL price! Second, I don’t understand why they would have advertisements for soft serve Ice creams when they don’t even have it as an option! I should’ve spit in my food and returned it! Bahaha

Food okay as far as KFC goes. But this chain store seemed a bit greasier than the one I usually visit. And they were out of corn-​on-​the cob. Other than that everthing was fine and the mashed potatoes were great

This is the worst KFC I’ve ever eaten at & probably the worst one in the chain. Their food is always cold and/​or soggy & they won’t honor corporate promotions. They also won’t answer their phone if you call ahead to confirm corporate promotions. NEVER again!

Had dinner, chicken taste like crap, bad taste, corn taste like it boiled in oil for hours, this place sucks. I won’t be back

First of all, KFC in general is insanely overpriced. However, every once in awhile I want one of their greezy biscuits with fake butter and fake honey. I just can’t do it anymore. This KFC is in a wacky location which is tricky to get in and out of. Food always takes forever and the people at the window look dead inside. No thank you Zombie KFC drive thru.

Decided to hit the drive thru here instead of Taco Bell next door because The Bell ALWAYS messes up the order. giving beef when you pay for steak and chicken, onions when you specifically asked for NONE because of allergies, etc. This isn’t a review about Taco Bell so I will save it for one. The order had to be repeated I dont know how many times because the person didn’t speak English and consisted of a few twister wraps, which used to be a favorite, and some snackers (2 BBQ and 2 Crispy somethings) 2 drinks .over $ 30! Instead of checking the food INSIDE the wrappers, I just made sure everything that was supposed to be in the bag was. Get home and start with the $ 1.69 BBQ snacker of mostly bread and very little shredded bbq chicken :/​Flavor was good but not enough meat. Crispy snackers get set aside so we can dig into the twisters. COMPLETELY INEDIBLE AND HORRIBLY DISAPPOINTING!!! The tortillas were soaked in the sauce and was a total mess. The chicken over cooked and not filling the wrap. Big chunks of crappy tomato and a slop of wilted lettuce. DISGUSTING!!! In the trash all 3 went. And what do those things cost now, like $ 7? Never again! Thank goodness the crispy snackers were still in front of us. There was plenty of popcorn chicken on the snacker but very little sauce. I don’t want it drenched and soggy but definitely want to taste it.
This is the kind of crap you get when you go through a fast food drive thru… in Everett :/

I went through drive thru around 840 at night. I had placed an order for a 7 piece family meal and specifically asked for a mix of crispy and original recipe. After waiting in line for a bit I got to the window where the lady proceded to tell me that they only had chicken breast and that it would be 14 minutes for other parts. I told her that was fine and that I’d wait. Then she said «Original right?» I told her no that I had ordered crispy and original. She then spoke to the other employees for a second and came back to explain that they were only cooking original and asked again if it was okay.
This got me upset because:
1) Why the heck if they were going to cook up original could they not cook up crispy? I wanted crispy! It’s like going to McDonald’s to order a quarter pounder and they tell you they don’t have quarter pound burger patties but they could throw in big mac patties. If I go to a KFC I expect to be able to get crispy or original chicken.
2) If they were not planning to sell me crispy then why the heck didn’t they tell me when I pulled up to order? Instead they waited till I got to the window after waiting in line! It’s not like the place was busy inside or even in the drive thru to where their supply of crispy chicken could have been depleted in the time it took for me to get to the window (there was only one car in front of me).
I told her it wasn’t okay and didn’t give them my business.

I completely adore KFC crispy snackers! My tummy rumbles just at the thought of it. But I was completely disappointed with the quality of the snackers I received from this KFC. There was one piece of lousy lettuce in my snacker and it barely had any sauce. UH even McDonald’s gives me a good little pile of lettuce in my $ 1.00 chicken sandwich. Snackers are like $ 1.50! I also got a buffalo chicken snacker which also disappointed because the sauce didn’t cover the chicken all the way. The popcorn chicken was decent but the size of the box is laughable. It could barely be a medium at other fast food joints. Since when did KFC’s standards go down so horribly?
I would suggest you to go another fast food place or if you really crave some KFC go to the one on evergreen way or something. They haven’t disappointed me yet.

This is one of those converted KFC and A&W locations, talk about hybrid… Two forms of grease, packed into one location, to clog your heart valves, such a deal…
I tend to shy away from KFC, in any form, but the boyz and I had just finished up a great early AM paintball event and were hungry as bears! Three votes A&W, one vote KFC, and we have a winner!
Plenty of parking, even with snow piled in the parking lot, the place was empty at noon, but we entered anyway. One boy in the party had a KFC «bowl», it looked a lot like pig vomit, but hell I wasn’t eating it, he seemed to scarf it down. I had a Papa burger, the other two boys had a tube steak. It was all washed down with excellent frosty A&W rootbeer… sadly I didn’t have any schnapps to add to mine…
In a pinch with 3 picky eaters, this place works…

I am giving one star for service. Usually the girls who take the others are nice and say hello. Today some girl name «Kamal» was not nice. Not even a hello. I order original recipe. After charging me she said we do not have it only extra crispy. I was hungry so I said ok. She had an attitude problem. But this was the only KFC close by. Most likely will go in the evening next time and try to avoid her.

America has spoken!!! Give me a failure pile served in a sadness bowl.
This review could apply to all KFC restaurants, but I chose Everett so I could be first… Yeah, I’ll admit it. I’m that Unilocal shallow.
I give the two stars because of KFC’s number one selling item: the KFC ‘famous bowls’ and my weird love of the cole slaw. Mmmmm, cabbage.
