Everett Downtown Storage

When I looked for a storage space, I was concern how safe it would be for a single woman to go in and out… Everett Downtown storage is a very clean and I felt safe, and the location was very convenient.
The best part was the manager, Sunny. She is the most helpful and kind person! She made sure I would be taken care of, and she even took off my late payment fee when I was not sure if I needed to continue to rent the storage or not.
I will come back to rent again whenever the need arises.
It is a great deal for price wise, and with her extra ordinary customer service, you will be very happy to rent from them!

We rented a couple of units here over the last 1.5 years. This facility is the nicest, cleanest and safest we have ever seen. The staff is fantastic and they are very attentive to keeping the place clean and picked up. Always looks like it was swept/​mopped just before we got there, no matter the time or day. We felt very secure knowing our goods are there. And we are known to be quite picky, especially when everything we own is in one spot. I recommend renting from here over any other place in the N SEattle area. Your items will be well looked after. And the cost is maybe not the cheapest, but it is competitive and it is wonderful being indoors out of the weather loading/​unloading.

I was surprised to see that there were NO reviews for this facility! I have to say, I have rented from several storage facilities in at least 3 – 4 different states. I recently moved to the Lynnwood area about 2 years ago and had stored my items at a PS Storage off of Alderwood Mall Parkway. For $ 1 the first month — why not? Well, as time had gone on, the fee for my storage unit had accumulated itself (with several increased within the year) to $ 300! I had wood furniture that I was worried about due to all the dampness and rain, my storage boxes ALL had to be thrown out and repacked due to the dampness that they no longer held up. I had been looking for a new storage facility that would protect my wood furniture and the boxes themselves. I had come across Everett Downtown Storage on McDougal. I was astounded at the facility itself — covered drive in areas for the trucks, elevator, flat dollys to use, security, easy to use doors, friendly staff, etc. The cost was unbelievable for such a modern, well secured and easy to use facility! The fact that they had a truck to use which saved me a beginning fee of $ 70 to rent a truck from U-​Haul was a big bonus. I have to say, I hate to move as I’ve done it so often — but having the security of climate control, security, everything you could think of to make a move/​storage of a household easier on a customer — was very well thought out and planned. I am so thankful for this place you have no idea!!! Thank you to the Owners for taking the initiative to really make storage of household items or whatever you need to store such a relief and pleasant experience — I have no worried whatsoever! The staff was great, very friendly and accommodating — which I can’t say enough about. You have taken such a huge burden off my shoulders I will be eternally greatful!
