Alberona 3 Pizza & Subs

I placed an order through Eat 24 and was given a delivery time of 1:55. At 2:01 I reached out to Eat 24 who said they couldn’t confirm my delivery. I waited 10 minutes and messaged Eat 24 who said my order left the restaurant 10 minutes prior. About ten minutes later, the food showed up. The delivery guy said something I didn’t understand. Something about next time I order calling them??? I’m not concerned because I won’t be ordering from them again.
I ordered the philly cheese with a salad and chicken tenders. Half the chicken tenders were completely different. Possibly different frozen brands? The fries were limp and cold and the sub hardly had any filling (and definitely not any mayo like I requested). I didn’t get the salad I paid additional for either. A complete waste of time and money

This was a huge disappointment. Not only did the oder take an hour and a half, it was cold. This was so inadequate. The tortellini was half cooked, the sauce was runny and bland. Honestly no better than from the freezer section at the grocery store. The garlic bread was cold and soggy. I paid almost $ 5 for pita and tzatziki. Got the tiniest portion of sauce, honestly enough for all the pita, which was inedible! It was so over cooked and dried out I cut my lip on it. The tiramisu was half frozen. Word to the wise, don’t order here. Very very unsatisfactory as far as food goes.

The special is great to take out or dine in. The restaurant is a little dark and if you expect a fine dining experience from a pizza joint in Everett there is just no reasoning with you. It’s usually empty too but I like that.
My pizza is always very good and the service has always been excellent. I’m usually running errands or getting my oil changed when I eat in and driving by on my way home when I get it to go. Either way it’s a nice enough spot to read a book while you wait.
Can’t really beat two meals for $ 6.99 anyway. I’ll eat a few slices and have one soda there and take the rest with me. It’s kinda perfect.

Seriously best ever! They made me bacon cheese fries! The burger was good, the Philly cheese steak, absurd! The cheese quesadilla. Mmmmmm… Definitely recommend!

Pizza is GREAT! However, make sure you have plenty of napkins, as it can get a bit drippy. The tiramisu is also some of the best I’ve ever had. I’d driven by the place several times and wanted to try it out, but the parking lot is kinda small and awkward, so I decided to get delivery instead.
Unfortunately, the delivery is exactly why I’m giving 3 stars. Not only was the driver about 10 minutes late, he showed up at the wrong door! And this was after I gave detailed instructions on where to deliver. It’s pretty disappointing, because the food itself is worth 5 stars.

After hesitating to open the very dirty door, with chains hanging off of it (??) my husband and I walked into the restaurant. We could barely hear each other because they were playing music louder than the bar across the street on karaōke night. A quick glance around, and it was clear the place was in dire need of cleaning. Coats and bags were strewn across the booths, although there was a noticeable lack of patrons in the dining area. The whole place was dark and dingy. We were (sort of) greeted by a guy hiding behind the register. He barely looked up, but did manage a smile. You can see right into the kitchen when you walk in, which doesn’t do much to assuage your fears of what you might end up getting when you order. We looked at each other, embarrassed because we both knew we were going to have to turn around and walk right back out. I can’t even remember another time we’ve done that. Not sure how long this place will stay open. Would be curious to know if/​when the department of health has ever dropped in.

Best tasting pizza and calzone I’ve had in a long while. We ate in. The service was right on point. Will def come again.
All these complaints over delivery and Mexican food lol. First off, go to dominoes if you want fast delivery. Second, who orders Mexican from a pizza place? Lol

Ordered hamburgers from here. With French fries and cheesy bread. It was all cooked perfectly and delicious! They delivered in about 30 minutes which was awesome too!

I placed an order at 5:30PM and didn’t get my food until 7:10PM. The driver texted at 7pm and said «I here I driver» 1. horrible english 2. It was a lie. He was not at my home until 7:10PM and then the food was cold and very bland. I will never order from here again.

Fantastic for when you really want restaurant good, but don’t want to go out. Not to mention not having to drive home after stuffing yourself with delicious food. The delivery was right on time and the driver was very kind. Will definitely be ordering from Alberona’s again!

Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Ever. Not even just online ordering, EVER.
Ordered through Eat24 for some delicious food. I’m limited on choices, and they were the only place that had food my fiancé would eat right now. Ordered around 6:30pm with a delivery time of 7:45pm. Great! Usual 60 minutes. Nope. 7:45 rolls around, the app says its on its way. 8pm, 8:30p… I get on chat with Eat24 and the food FINALLY arrives. The driver knocked, dropped the food bags on the mat, and left. He was gone so fast, I barely caught his rear-​end when I opened the door. He didn’t even wait for me to sign the order. Total time for delivery: 2hrs 3mins almost exactly.
Food was stone cold. Stuck everything in the microwave and hoped for the best…
Caesar salad. Can’t really screw that one up. Cheese mountain thrown in on top, two ketchup dixie cups of caesar dressing, and a lime wedge. Okay, maybe 4 hidden lime wedges under the lettuce. Is this safe to eat?
The burrito, which I ordered with pork, had pineapple in it? IS THAT NORMAL? I’m pretty sure it’s not. Sour cream is served on the side. Burrito had no red sauce as requested… Whatever. Weirdest burrito ever. EVER.
Philly cheese steak melt sandwich or something was ordered for my fiancé. Fries were thrown on top of the sandwich, so they were soggy. Inside, some wilted/​dried onions and a FEW pieces of meat. So, 99% bread, 1% «maybe we’ll try to make this edible?»
Tiramisu looked store bought. Smelled store bought. Frozen solid. REALLY? I guess I’ll wait to eat the ¹⁄₈^th slice I paid $ 5 for to thaw and enjoy some freezer burn when it’s ready. You could even see the large ice crystals on all sides! Tasted strange, but still okay. I guess.
Chocolate mousse cake: store bought as well. Frozen as well. Actually, it was so frozen, I couldn’t eat it! I’m not even going to try until tomorrow. Maybe. If I think that’s safe, maybe I’ll taste it.
I eat so little food; maybe one meal a day that isn’t out of a chip bag. So, if I get food poisoning, I know EXACTLY who I’m suing. Never again.

$ 65 ON DELIVERY. TOOK OVER 2 AND A HALF HOURS TO SHOW UP! Tried calling the resturant and of coures NO ANSWER over and over and over again. Horrible Delivery time, Horrible customer service.

This place is the bomb. I’ve had pizza and sandwiches from them. All excellent. The owner/​manager is really nice. We ordered once for delivery. It took awhile, but whatever it was a Friday night and after a couple whiskeys at the house who’d wanna drive anyway? We had calzone and the philly. It arrive hot and tasty, not doggy or cold.
Later I called in a 4 pizza order for carry out. Not cheap, but handmade, perfect! So much better than that pizza chain trash.
I am anxious to explore there other menu items.

I ordered from Grub Hub and first of all, the delivery took 2x as long as the estimated time. I had to call and check status of my delivery. When the food arrived it was HORRIBLE. It wasn’t just not good, it was actually inedible. I had ordered the chicken parmesan which was extremely overcooked noodles with store bought chicken tenders on top. No I’m not exaggerating, that is exactly what we got. My boyfriend ordered the tortellini ala crema that had a sauce that tasted as though it was watered down crème sauce. For dessert we got a slice of carrot cake which was a slice of jelly roll that old and stale. It was 50 bucks down the drain. We intended on having a lazy night in but ended up having to get some Taco Bell instead. The cook here needs to consider a new line of work

Stopped here for lunch today and ordered ‘the special’, which is a medium 1-​topping pizza (pepperoni, of course) and two cans of soda for $ 7. GREAT PIZZA. This is a nice little place right on Beverly just around from the mall but it’s average looks belie the fact that it serves some of the best pizza I have ever had. The crust is perfect — just a little chewy with good taste and the cheese and toppings are a notch above what you can expect from Dominos or Papa Johns.
This is my new go-​to place.

Not so happy with the food I got from here. Ordered through Grubhub. I ordered a bacon cheese burger with fries and Tortellini a la crème pasta with a side salad and garlic bread. I was so exited for this and was praying it would be good and I was so disappointed. The burger was so overcooked and had no flavor to it and the bacon was barley cooked. Gross. The fries were pretty good except for the fact that they were ice cold. The pasta is the saddest part. No pasta sauce in it… Wtf? My tortellini was literally just one giant sticky blob… Ummm yum? Not. The bread wasn’t so great either. The salad was the only OK thing. How exiting is that, side salad for lunch! Huge waste of my money, barley ate 5 bites. Would not order from here again.

We wanted to try a new place, so my boyfriend and I ordered dinner and it took them over two hours to deliver when they quoted us 45 minutes or so. We researched a little and found out they were less than a mile away. When food finally came it was cold, they forgot half of my dinner and there was hair in my pasta.
This was the first time I’ve ever poorly reviewed anything. I will never eat here again!:(

I ordered food before they closed (and I included my phone number in the order), and I got an estimated delivery time of about 45 minutes. However, it has been an hour past their estimated delivery and they have not shown up. I decided to call and get an update on my order and got no answer, I guess they had closed by then. It was a total bummer– and I’m frankly peeved that they didn’t have the decency to call me and let me know they would not be delivering my food.

THEY ARE DOING BETTER NOW! My favorites are their burgers and the delicious old fashioned REAL FRENCH FRIES. The drivers have been smiley and friendly, and must use GPS now because not one has had trouble finding us. (Try using a GPS to find your address, it may change how you enter it for delivery accounts… mine takes you to the wrong place unless I use PL SE, instead of Place Southeast which puts you miles from me… go figure!)
My favorite burger is the CALIFORN IA! The meat patty has got to be the biggest leanest patty in town. Bacon is thick and smoked… so good and you can add either Cheddar or American cheese. HUGE YUMMY BURGER! So tempting so it will be my future cheat food from a cancer imposed vegetarian diet! HA! The FRIES ARE TO DIE FOR because they are real live potatoes not some 17 ingredient mush extruded by a machine like McDonald’s!
Their TRADITIONAL small double corn tortilla SOFT STEAK TACOS are AWESOMENESS. They give you plenty of tomato green salsa. (They did mess up on sour cream, but were happy to fix it).

I ordered tortelini for delivery and when it got here, not only was it lukewarm, the «garden peas» in the description must have been invisible. When I called back about this no one would answer the call, and I tried at least a half dozen times. I’m not impressed.
