I see Terry Clemens at the heartwood Center. The acupuncture care she provides
is gentle, kind a deeply healing. She considers my total being and is able to adjust to my needs. The entire place is healing. The offices and waiting room is calming and rich with resources. The entire staff is welcoming. This is the most healing space I have been to.

Total hidden gem. No, really, it’s actually hidden. There is a door, I think it’s red, across from Bennison’s Bakery and this is Heartwood (upstairs). I didn’t know this place existed until this summer. The yoga classes are great! The owner is welcoming and kind. Grateful Yoga, Nick and Lela Beem, teach here. Their classes are excellent and refreshing. I have not explored all of the services they have to offer but I hope to in the coming year.

This place is a great holistic center that offers several classes and workshops for yoga, meditation, t’ai chi and general well-​being. It’s a fantastic place to realign your body, mind and, ever important, spirit.
