Amazing people working here! Great customer service, pizza is hot and ready when you are! Would recommend, and play the pizza game—

This Domino’s gives you exactly what you would want in a Domino’s. The people who work there are great. The food is exactly what you wanted to get when you decided to order. I’ve had bad Domino’s in the past. But this Domino’s does it right. The only complaint I could possible think up is that the pizza was too hot and fresh.

This honestly doesnt even deserve one star. By far the worst dominos ever. They consistently mess up orders repeatedly. The average wait time is 2 – 4 hours. Employees are rude and have an attitude. Additionally, pizzas are not consistent with standard dominos quality. Please do not waste your time. I am writing this review as a student who lives nearby and orders, *ordered frequently bc of convenience only to be highly disappointed each time. In my opinion this dominos should not even be open.

I ordered a pizza at 6:30 last night. I called at 7:30 and they said it was out for delivery. I called at 8:10 and they said it wasn’t out of the oven yet. I cancelled the order. I asked why it would take over 2 hours to make and deliver a pizza. He said, «Mam, we have a 3 – 4 hour wait and many others have been waiting much longer than you for their pizza.» Seriously nuts.

Another Domino’s location. Not great but not terrible pizza — not too expensive if you use coupons but otherwise you should try some of the great local Chicago pizza favorites instead. Like others have said, the delivery here is very slow so do not count on the pizza arriving within the stated delivery period.

Employees are too busy goofing around in back to make pizzas. Swearing at each other. I waiting 15 minutes for a single slice of pizza. Unacceptable.

The worst of the worse. Unfortunately when this location went up, the one in wilmette, which is great, no longer delivered to north Evanston. First time. Pizza took a hour and a half and came cold. Manager didn’t seem to have a grasp of the situation. I wrote this up as possibly an off day. Second time. Pizza came one hour and 40 minutes?! Really? Dominos? Of course they told me about an hour initially. What ever happened to 30 minutes? The worst pizza joint on super bowl Sunday wouldn’t be a hour and 40 minutes late. The driver could not find my house and had to call me as he was lost. Come on guys, pretty basic but I don’t blame the poor old delivery guy, certainly not his fault. Training and at least arming him with a gps. Come on this isn’t the 90s how can anyone get lost anywhere with connectivity. This is Evanston not the Sierra. I called the manager again, he indicated the guy just left. Well 20 minutes after that he arrived, cold pizza again which tasted horrible. Food delivery basics, don’t deliver hot food cold. Lou Malnatis from now on and if I go dominos I’ll make the trip to wilmette where they served my location for years. If I’m lucky this one will go out of business and wilmette will once again deliver. I won’t hold my breath. Management at this location should be ashamed and fired. Dominos is a way better organization than this. Get your act straight.

1. I got hung up on before I could pay. Called back, it happened again! The sales woman was very rude. 2. Pizza shows up… and they forgot to put any tomato sauce on the pizza! As a result, the box was soaking with cheese sweat… making the crust water-logged and falling apart mid slice. I couldn’t eat it, and neither could I call back that unhelpful clerk. 3. I specifically ordered garlic butter sauce and none came with it.

I can’t comment on the quality of the pizza because it was only luke warm at best when I got it. The tracker made it clear that the pie was baked too soon. It made it into the oven 5 minutes after I placed the order, but there was only one busy driver and the pizza ended up sitting for 20 minutes before it got to him, then another 20 before it got to me. The pizzas just take 5 or 6 minutes to bake, so in situations like this the pies should not go in the oven until the driver says he’s on the way back to the store.

Haven’t had a Dominos pizza since college. They have been advertising big changes and improved product. Really big mistake. We ordered 2 pizzas which were just ok — even with extra cheese. Also ordered 2 subs. One of the subs was a completely different sub than what I ordered. When I called it seemed as if they weren’t even aware that the Italian sausage sub was different than the Italian sub. Whatever. They said they would make me the right one and deliver it right away. Day later, I’m still waiting.

Standard delivery pizza. Not bad not great. I prefer it to Papa Johns or Sarpinos. Just be careful when ordering soda. They don’t always have the kinds on the website. I ordered sprite and coke. I got root beer and diet coke from the delivery driver. They also didn’t have any diet 2 liters when i did carry out the last time, so I ended up with regular.

Do not under any circumstances order for delivery from this Domino’s location at 911 Foster St. in Evanston! I’ve tried it twice and both times were huge disasters! For the most recent order, I placed my order online at 7:04pm. I called the store directly at 7:40pm because the online tracker didn’t indicate that my pizza had even been placed in the oven yet. When I called, an employee told me my order was just coming out of the oven and would arrive in 15 minutes. Well, another 40 minutes pass by and my order was still not delivered yet and the pizza tracker still showed the pizza wasn’t even placed in the oven yet. So I called the store again at 8:20pm and they told me my pizza wasn’t even made yet, but would be next to go in the oven. WHAT??? It was ridiculous to not even have my order made yet when I had ordered an hour and 15 minutes ago. And it’s even more frustrating that when I called the first time to check on the status of my order, the employee told me my pizza was coming out of the oven and would be delivered in 15 minutes. Did he just blatantly lie to me over the phone to get rid of me? The first time I ordered from this Domino’s location in January 2015, it took so long for my order to be delivered that they said they would credit my credit card, which actually never even happened. Gee, thanks a lot for nothing. I was then willing to give this Domino’s location another try and I ended up being disgusted and hungry and will NEVER go to this location again. I emailed a complaint to the Domino’s corporate office and they informed me this location is locally owned, so maybe that’s why it’s such a mess.

We’ve ordered from this location four times and three have been complete disasters. One order was taking especially long, so I called and was told my food was in the car out for delivery. It never arrived. I live .3 miles from this location. I was given a coupon. Next, I tried to use that coupon. I placed the order online, which was a mistake because — unbeknownst to me — my coupon was only good for phone orders. The app told me it couldn’t place my order, so I gave up and bought from somewhere else. Then miraculously 30 minutes later, my pizza arrived sans paid-for dipping sauces. I called to complain and the manager spoke to me like I was a 3rd grader who couldn’t understand anything. My last order was easily the worst. I called to use my coupon and didn’t understand that it would not cover the delivery fee. The woman on the phone explained it to me like my order was $ 2.99(the delivery fee amount) more than my coupon was good for. She eventually waived the delivery fee which would have been unnecessary had she actually explained what was going on instead of becoming short with me. She then neglected to even ask for a delivery address and *hung up the phone on me*. My pizza eventually arrived(again, sans paid-for dipping sauces). I was then objectified and ogled by the delivery man who made me feel uncomfortable in my own home. I must say that the managers will refund when I have a problem. But it feels like these problems shouldn’t be happening in the first place.

Easily the worst pizza delivery service out there. Do not make the mistake of ever ordering for this place, and just stick to Papa Johns. I ordered online, and was told that the pizza would take 20 minutes. When I called again after an hour, I was told the pizza would take another 20 min. Eventually, the pizza NEVERARRIVED. When I called customer service to find out what was going on, I was yelled at and reprimanded for calling and asking about the status of my pizza. Overall, the worst experience I’ve every had ever. Get your act together Dominos. Beyond disappointing.

Wow. How do I even describe this experience. We ordered two small pizzas for carry out at $ 5 each with the student discount, and we waited 20 minutes(they told us 13). We also ordered an order of parm bites ten minutes after we ordered the pizza — a 10 minute wait. 30 minutes later I’m told that they never put the order in. They comped the parm bites and gave me a drink, but 30 minutes? Really? The pizza itself — we ordered one pepperoni and one sliced Italian sausage — was good, but literally the most poorly sliced pizza I’ve ever seen. The parm bites were good as well, but tiny and only good for immediate consumption — wait a few minutes and a pool of grease starts collecting at the bottom. And I do mean a pool. Overall, if I come back here I will definitely order online — and I probably won’t be back for at least a month. Maybe they’ll have worked out some of the kinks by then.

First of all, I want to preface this by saying that I deeply mourn the loss of JJ Java, but was equally excited to see a new business take its place(fast food pizza… good for late nights and hangovers/bad for everything else). I stopped in around 1pm on a Tuesday to check it out and maybe grab some lunch. Looking through the glass I didn’t see anyone inside, but was greeted joyfully and loudly(didn’t know where it was coming from) by an employee who I guess was chilling in the back. It was a little awkward since no one was in the store and I didn’t have much time to examine the menu. I got a chicken parm sandwich, as a sort of test item. Simple. Not too hard to make. A second employee smiled at me from the back office(the employees have a great attitude… still excited since it’s their first week?) While waiting for my food, I neglected to experience the full ‘theater’ aspect of the store by opting to face the window instead. My mistake, especially since the food took longer than expected and kind of tricked me in the end. I say ‘tricked’ because the sandwich comes in a beautiful Domino’s box decked out in vibrant red white and blue(‘MERICA/[dom]MINOS’). When I opened the box I saw a very small sandwich, mostly on the burnt side, that was Hot Pockets-level volcanic in terms of temperature. There was visible blackness on the bread from the oven(or toaster?) and I almost had to ask for a plastic fork to eat the sandwich. The chicken inside was in dry slices(over a layer of volcano-hot cheese) and seemed to be pre-cut(but I was prepared for that since many franchises send packages of pre-sliced chicken to their stores). Basically, I don’t mind paying what I did, since Domino’s is a chain and the sandwich’s price was comparable to that of Subway and Potbelly’s. I just wished the sandwich had been prepared at a normal or decent quality. (By the way, the ‘theater’ part of the store is the open kitchen area where you can see the employees making the food. Very trendy).
