I went to NTB on Black Friday, because on their sign it said buy 2 tires get 2 free. I was in the market to buy tires so I swung by expecting half off to buy all 4 new tires.
Unfortunately you pay for all 4 tires (according to someone working the desk) unless you purchase an overpriced service plan in case your 2 tires are reduced if the meet the right criteria. So for four tires it would have cost about $ 800. Not really a great deal, and more than I would pay on a regular day. I ended up going elsewhere, but I’m sure the service would have been good.

Made the mistake of coming here for an oil change after they took 8 hours to do my boyfriend’s a few months ago. They said it would take 45 minutes. 2 hours later I’m still sitting here and unable to run my errands. Ridiculous. Tell the truth about how long things are going to take. These people must not know what they’re doing or they don’t respect other people’s time. Don’t come here unless you want to waste your entire day.
