It’s an okay place to get a haircut, not much more than that. I often leave thinking, «they really didn’t ‘get’ what we asked for,» and finding stray hairs or patches that need some clean-up at home. That being said, service has always been fast and friendly for my family. They’re good with small kids, and they get points for convenience if you live out in the area where Washington, William Few, and Hardy McManus all collide. Also highly recommend the Great Clips app for anyone who wants to make sure they don’t have to wait.

I’m a complicated man with very simple hair. I’ve been to this shop several times and have never been disappointed. Sometimes there’s a wait but I suggest using the Great Clips app on iOS and android. If you check in you don’t have to wait. There are other great sores in this center so you can kill several birds with one stone by going there.
