I ordered the hot cakes and sausage breakfast. The photo next to the item description shows eggs and a biscuit along with pancakes and sausage. Furthermore, it states that egg whites may be substituted for an additional charge. You can imagine my surprise when I found only 3 pancakes and one sausage patty included without the biscuit or eggs. McDonalds’ sales volume is currently struggling. If they are resorting to false advertising to prop up sales, they’ve certainly hit a new low. The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is because of the clean interior of this location.

No syrup available and I was not told when I ordered. These people need to learn customer service and not be pissy when they are at work and I did not recieve a recipt because she was out, it only takes a minute to add a new one. I’ve worked at a McDonald’s and I know it is simple to do so.

My mom went to get my baby brother and her a McGriddle on Thursday morning 10÷23÷14 at 10:30a. The guy told her they ran out but that she could have a burrito. Basically they had sold out of the breakfast stuff & were starting on lunch & offered her a couple of barritos that had been sitting under the heat lamp. Nice, way to go McDonald’s…How do you run out of something you just go to the freezer & get out?

This review is for my experience at their drive thru because their site doesnt even list the Broadway location for restaurant feedback. The service was fine, and food tasted fine, but my order seemed very hastily thrown together and the inside of the restaurant must be disgusting, Lid to my salad wasnt on all the way which could have resulted in a huge mess. My dressing packet had some sauce all over it — presumably from a different sauce packet but who knows, and most awful of all: SPIDERS. I’m sitting at home, eating my salad, when I watch a spider crawl across the bag, away from an egg sac attached to the bottom of the bag. I would make a pithy joke about asking them to ‘hold the spiders’ next time — but there is no way there is going to be a next time. They need a surprise visit from the health inspector and their district manager, obviously.

This place only gets a star because it won’t let me do a review with NO stars. I went to McDonald’s one night, a few minutes after 2am. I thought they were closed, but all the lights were still on so I decided to try the drive-thru. I pulled up to the speaker and a very tired, bored-sounding guy said«Welcome to McDonald’s would you like to try a caramel mocha» in total monotone. I ordered my food, and he didn’t say another word. I sat for a moment, then pulled up to the window where I sat for a couple minutes. Finally I drove off and went to Taco Bell. Later I filed a complaint online. I got a call a few days later from the manager, informing me that the voice had been a recording that the employees forgot to turn off before they left for the night. First of all, I recently left my job at the McDonald’s in Fort Bragg, and we never had any sort of recording to help us take orders. I would think it might cause more confusion than anything else. Second, if indeed it was a recording, they obviously need to straighten up the attitude of the person whose voice was recorded as well as update their promotion because caramel mochas came out a long time ago. I have a feeling the manager just told me it was a recording to shut me up. I am NOT going back.

Yep, I’m reviewing McDonald’s. Being a large chain, you should know what to expect food wise, so what will really stand out is service. So let’s talk about that. The young crew seemed to be working hard and the counter person who took our order was very pleasant, although she needed some assistance punching in the order. Meh, it happens, business as usual. We took our ticket, number 254, and waited. What stood out was the supervisor(manager?). He was this grimy looking weasel who was running around acting like he was accomplishing something, cracking weak jokes. While we were waiting, an order was placed on the counter and he called out«253». After a few minutes he came back, looked at the order, and then said to us in the most condescending manner«THIS, is for YOU». I told him he had called 253, he looked, and then mumbled«oh, you’re right», then was off like the crankcase I took him to be. He is supposed to represent the company, and he does this poorly. We’ve been back a couple of times thinking someone would wise up and can him, but he’s still there, so obviously this isn’t going to change soon. If my daughter ever decides she wants McDonald’s again, we’ll try the other one in town.
