Great service fresh food in a timely manner what more can you ask for oh and the place was clean including the bathrooms. Good place to stop for a potty break I was super happy to eat here seeing how this is probably the closest one to brookings

Food is good but staffing sucks! So brusque and rude.

Love the food. But hate the new staffing! I went there after a long shift, and I order a big Carl and the order lady is impatient and when I tell her no cheese, because I am allergic, she says yeah yeah and rushes thru the order. Then I get home 15 minutes away and it has cheese so I have to throw it away. Then I call and no one answers, they call back 3 hours later and say the only way they can help me out is if I bring back the wrong burger that night. I was in bed already and had already thrown away the food anyways. Pretty ridiculous!

Delicious but somewhat long wait times through the drive through, especially with such a small amount of clientele

Friendly staff, average burger. But after having In-n-Out, Fatburger and every other LA bar burger available, Carl’s Jr is a sad, tired burger chain on the way down the ladder to BK and McD’s. Maybe it was because the place is just depressing being on a major road in a strip mall. Maybe it is because the colors are the same as McDonalds. Or maybe it was because it gave both of us hell that night when those burgers returned in a fury of multiple bathroom trips. Whatever it was, Carl’s Jr will not be on the burger stop list. I know it is a California road trip tradition, but some traditions are best left in the past.
