As a visitor I found my trip through your city wasn’t that worth wild. This place could have had so much more potential to capture visitors like myself. The historical district could have been laid out a lot better with some direction. I walked around hungry looking for something about it’s history and a restaurant: /

I wish paying your water bill wasn’t a necessary evil, because they are SO FREAKING RUDE here. The supervisor has her stuff together from what it seems, this I will say, but still not enough to bump their rating up to two stars in my personal opinion. Just save yourself a brain aneurism or a panic attack and pay your bill via snail mail. I’d say pay it online but their bill pay system is terrible and barely works (and when it does, I’m pretty sure its NOT secure, and shouldn’t be trusted with your personal info…)
