This place is HORRIBLE. The cashier(the ticket says: Isela) is rude and needs to be fired. They did not have my order ready on time and I had to wait 20 minutes once I got there to pick it up. The entire staff that could be seen from the lobby was horrible and had no concept of customer service what so ever. I have never in my life been to a place where an employee felt the need to take an attitude because they didn’t want to hear what a customer had to say. DON’T EVEREATHERE!!! It is not worth your time or money. Give you money to a company that cares about their customers and has a desire to make them happy and provide a good atmosphere for their dinning experience.

Messed my order up. I didn’t say anything. I went to the men’s bathroom and found this. Notice how they treat the toilet paper by putting it with the chemicals. Look how dirty the supply closet is… I’m sure this is just scrapping the top.

Usually I like eating here, but the service is getting slower and less competent every day., perhaps a new manager is needed. Because it is disfunctional at this point … The employee turnover is very quick. The food is generally consistent enough.

Zipped through the the drive thru to get a couple of brisket soft tacos. Got them and wow, crispy, crunchy chunks of burnt, dried out brisket. Thanks a lot Taco crapbana. Brisket is soft and fresh, not served hard and burnt like you made it at lunch and kept it till 5pm.

I called in an order to an Isabella or Isela yesterday at 5pm to have a dozen tacos ready by 7am today. Well guess what? I came in 5 minutes early and NOONE has my damn order!!! I promised the class I’d have these tacos for them today for a pot luck Christmas party so I had to wait 20 minutes for my order… DON’T GOHERE if you’re expecting an order by a certain time!

Ive always been a fan of Taco Cabanas ever since moving to Texas so was excited to revisit and grab some tacos. This location was on the way to the airport. As I Walked in I quickly notice it was not busy and the dining room has two separate areas, one is enclosed patio with a TV and main dining room area with music. The restaurant it self was dirty and tables had not been cleaned/wiped down at 11am, when I sat down. The bathroom was not very clean either and mens smelled. The floors were clean at least. Service was slower than expected with the amount of people that were here. Overall the food was as good as I remember it, for fast food Mexican you can’t set your expectations too high. I counted 5 – 6 employees overall working but one arrived as i was dining. I ordered Street Tacos meal + chicken quesadilla. Tacos were just as street tacos are made which was good, the rice and beans were so so. Chicken quesadilla was just as good as street tacos so at least a thumbs up. Salsa bar was a little behind on looking fresh, however, a worker did restock it while I was dining. Basically 2.5 stars because a restaurant should be staffed and cleaned with a little faster service for a «fast food» restaurant. Food was okay to match the 2.5 stars. Overall a little disappointed from what I remember.

Placed a pick-up order over the phone the night before. When I arrived the next morning, they didn’t even know about the order and took 15 min to get my order together; there were a grand total of five customers in the place. Terrible service.

Sooooo I drove through last week, got home and realized they had messed up the order. I called. They got my name, and told me when I came back, I would be able to get that meal for free. So here I am, back here again, dining in this time, with my husband. This time, they brought out half the order. My husband finished his meal exactly 21 minutes ago. We finally asked about my food. They had forgotten about it entirely. Never going back. I’m giving two stars instead of one because when the food finally came out, it tasted great. :) I’ll just make sure and go to a different location from now on.

As I’m sitting here waiting for my meal, I can’t help but to wonder how in the world maybe a taco plate a sampler plate and beef fajita steak tacos can take over 15 minutes to prepare they asked me to pull forward and sit and wait so here I sit and here I wait, and wait and wait and wait gets a little tiring when you’re actually kind of hungry. Unfortunately it appears that Dallas Fort Worth taco cabanas are nowhere near capable as the ones in South Texas. I don’t know if this is because they’re based out of South Texas and they provide very little oversight to the North Texas taco cabanas Kind of a sad thing because I grew up on Taco Cabana in San Antonio. I do have to say that I do you visit this location often enough just because that’s what I grew up on definitely not because of the service. It was expected, food finally appears, with the customary apologies. Here’s one, don’t take forever, then there won’t be a need to apologize!

The service is slow and they always try and charge for extras or even substitution. For instance, I asked for sour cream instead of guacamole and they wanted charge me for substitution.

Still love the food, but they gotta work on some listening skills. I asked for a Cabana Bowl without sour cream and cheese, and the guy asked me what else I didn’t want besides sour cream, so I repeated: cheese. Tell me why I still ended up with a Cabana Bowl with cheese. Doh!

I like this location quite a bit and it’s one of the better ones I have been to in the metroplex. The place is spacious with both indoor and outdoor seating. I really like their coffee here in the mornings and they have yummy breakfast tacos. Good selections of salsa, clean restrooms, clean restaurant, and friendly staff. I will continue to come back:)

Been a Cabana fan for years. Terrible TV ads hinting that there’s some sort of deal eroded and made me reexamine what’s left on their menu that’s really anything close to a value. Just went thru drive-thru last night and… WE’REUPTO $ 1.79FOR A NORMALTACO !! BYE-BYE my old friend, not at these prices. Oh yeah. new receipt doesn’t have feedback option anymore.

Last time in, it was during a lull — I walked right up to the counter to order. I ordered the crunchy taco meal and asked can I have one chicken and one beef? Ok. When she rings it up she’s added a $ 1 for«add chicken». No, I just want one beef taco and one chicken taco on the meal, no adding of anything. She has to have a consultation with the manager who overrides to give me the dollar back. Strange but, Ok. The salsa bar is dirty and out of 2 salsas completely. There are no forks at the silverware station. I settle for a spoon, get my drink, and wait. Longer than you would think for 2 tacos, but hey, I’m in no hurry. Then the food comes — two soft tacos, each containing a little beef and chicken. Whaa? What did I do? Nothing. I ate my weird combo tacos that were nothing like I wanted. With a spoon. Without salsa. Because this place is broken and I know it. I should know at this point every trip here is like a homemade gift from your grandma — you’re not sure what it’s gonna be, but you’re pretty sure you’re not going to like it. And even if it’s a mile from my front door, if I come here, I should know better than to hope for actually getting what I order in a reasonable amount of time. It’s on me.

I like this location. I found the employees to be incredibly helpful with my infant, bringing her a high chair and everything even though they’re all just outside the bathroom. I offered to clean up her big gigantic baby mess, but everyone was super sweet about it and refused to hand over a broom. So thanks guys for being so nice. I don’t go expecting it to be lightning fast(because, if that’s what you want, go to the Bell). Cabana makes their own tortillas, and they serve alcohol. I don’t know any place that does both that would be super fast through the drive through.
