The rooms were fine and the complimentary breakfast was good but we had dome customer service issues. the main problem was that we had reserved a 5 am airport shuttle for my brother but we could find the driver or an employee. when we did find an employee they couldn’t find the driver and I ended up frantically driving my brother to the airport.

I stay in questionable hotel rooms quite a bit. I stayed here do to an inclement in weather and was unable to book another night at the place I was staying before. Unlike some of the other guests, I did NOT have bedbugs, although my non-smoking room was very smokey. The TV was terrible — I was unable to watch regular ESPN and see a game that I really cared about. The employees that worked here were all nice, and that’s why I’m going to give this place two stars instead of one. From somebody who does stay at Quality Inns with some frequency, this place is rough.

Stay away!!! Literally the grossest place ever. Bed bugs in room 116& other room they placed us in was just filthy… jelly beans AND pubic hair under the covers. Bugs crawling on floor in lobby.

This hotel is quite worn and doesn’t give a very inviting feeling. I really didn’t want to touch anything. Only stay if options are limited. For $ 70/night, try hard to find something else.
