Great fast service ALWAYS! I like this location. The food is always on point and nice and hot! The line always moves quickly too! They gave a good system working :)

Their food can go either way depending on the time you come in. It can be really fresh or the driest food you have ever tasted in your life. Try to come at a busy time.

This had always been a go to place to get fast Chinese and we usually get it to go. My wife made the run for food this last time… and it will be the last time! The orange chicken had absolutely NO orange traces, none, zip. It was bland unflavored basic chicken that obviously had not had the final ingredient(orange flavor) added. Sweet fire chicken was edible but the pieces of chicken were all stuck together into 4 – 5 clumps. We will be hunting for a replacement go to place. March 16, 2016 was the date of purchase.

Worst location ever ! Sitting here 15 min til close and acted like a big deal to fix food ! Crazy! Employees are rude and lock the doors. They act like they are doing you a favor when they are out of the entrée that you would like to purchase and they need to fix it prior to close. I do not usually right negative reviews, however this is not the first time that this has happened at this particular location and is getting old.

Took my children to Panda Express for the first time today and boy do I regret that decision. Is it even legal to sell three scoops of rice for $ 22.00 for a so-called meal for three people. The kids meal seemed okay, but the chicken was cut so large my 5 year old could not eat it. The company is so cheap they don’t even provide plastic knives to cut it, only plastic forks. I ordered a bowel with brown rice/beef and broccoli. It was literally a bowel filled with rice with exactly three pieces of broccoli and a few slivers of beef. What a rip-off…Will NEVER go to a Panda Express again. Very disappointed.

Ehh. I can’t even say you get what you pay for! It’s expensive to me for this kind of «chinese fast food.» The extra charge on the shrimp is $ 1.25 like really! Why so much when you barely get any? That’s probably why I hardly get Panda Express unless I’m randomly craving something from there.

Oh why only 2 stars for a place whose food I love??? Inconsistency! I come here at least once a week for the past several months. maybe even a year. Anyway, I always get the SAME thing… the 2 entrée plate with mushroom chicken and black pepper chicken, my sides are the lo mein and mixed veggies. Seriously EVERYSINGLETIME they are OUT of the mixed veggies. Ugh annoying. Now granted they are more than happy to make some more, which is awesome but I’m on my lunch. So for me to wait is cutting into my lunch break that is only 30 minutes. Not Cool. I come here between 2 and 4 pm after the lunch rush. its never busy in there so WHERE are the MF veggies? It drives me crazy. As far as the entrees go. I’ve learned over my previous visits that you have to request mostly meat when they put it in the container otherwise you will be left with mostly veggies and a couple scraps of meat. Just a little word of advice :) They are happy to fulfill that request but you DO have to ask. The emplyees are cordial, nothing fabulous as far as customer service goes. The restaurant is pretty clean a majority of the time. Panda is pricey… I know that, you know that, and its not going to change. I like the food bottom line, so I will continue to over pay and get pissed at the veggie situation. I more or less just needed to vent. Darn you panda!

Fried rice and chow mein is good. Beef and broccoli is my favorite but they barely give me any beef and flood my plate with broccoli that is way expired. All there veggies are prepackaged and frozen, disgusting. Prices are ridiculous.

Up this little chain to 4 stars because of the service. The ladies in there tonight were adorable and very helpful. They have a new steak item and she made sure to let me try it. I told her how hungry I was and she laughed and gave me two samples:) I saw that they had their orange chicken ready to rock and roll so that was good, but my favorite thing right now is there honey walnut shrimp… that with steak tonight was really good and I was very satisfied with my experience:)

Food is good in my opinion, I feel like unless you get to-go they short you on the portions and honestly prices at Panda Expresses are ridiculous for the amount you get. Their service is good at least. I read a review earlier that said the food is hit or miss. Which is kind of true, it totally depends if you’re in the mood or what time of day it is. 99% of the time everything taste like a combination of crispy, deep fried, and battered in delicious sweet and tangy sauce that is thick as molasses. Which again is good if you’re in the mood for it, the other 1% of the time it’ll taste just bland and just watered down almost. It really has a «McDonalds» kind of vibe because there’s franchises nearly in every mall and touristy area. So not bad just again a bit of a rip off IMO.

I am a Panda Express fan and now drive totally out of my way to go to a different location. The food isn’t as well-prepared as the other location and the staff is ridiculously incompetent. A while back(my last straw final visit) I was paying for my meal. It was early in the day and well before lunch rush. The cashier didn’t give me back proper change. In fact he shorted me $ 10. He kept insisting that I paid with this wrinkly $ 10 he pulled out of the drawer. I didn’t. I had just received cash from the ATM — $ 20 crisp bills buddy. Well he wasn’t budging(like I need to rip him off $ 10 — C’mon!). I demanded he count down his drawer. The manager grabbed his tape and counted his drawer while he stood there not getting the other register going.(Back-up is building behind me but I’m not leaving $ 10!) Finally she reports his total — at 11:30am he is short nearly $ 13. Hmmm. The manager threw the wrinkly $ 10 at me and NOONE apologized for the error. Do they only hire the most rude at this store? Go to the one on Central and Bedford Rd. They are super nice and have a drive-thru!

I went late lunch and apparently everyone ahead me actually got meat in theirs.(My meat. I wonder if they liked my meat?) What I got, «Beef and Broccoli», was more like BROCCOLIEXTREME! With a hint of beef essence spritzer. The Chicken and Mushroom was the same: MUSHROOMSOUTTHEASS! And chicken scrapple residue. I knew I could taste the chicken and beef, I just couldn’t see it. Maybe it was hiding under the four cups of steamed white rice in a StyroBox for $ 6? No. And talk about bland. Please, go back to using MSG so your gruel has some sabor. And for the love of Confucius, have some Sriracha(rooster sauce) somewhere. I knew there was a reason I waited several years to try this place, but today I was just so tired of KenTacoHut. .. If you want fast casual Chinese, go to Pei Wei.

I am a huge Panda Express fan and it’s hard for me to rate a Panda at only 2 stars, but since this is a site-specific restaurant review, I digress. My wife and I stopped in here on Saturday night at around 9pm, about an hour until they close, for some quick gourmet Chinese food from Panda that we have come to know and love… and boy was that a mistake! We waited in line for about 30 minutes while the 1 manager helped us with our orders and the 1 cook prepared all of the food, which they didn’t have ready. When we first arrived, there was already a guy waiting for 1 egg roll, 2 guys waiting for fresh orange chicken and 2 egg rolls, and a family of 3 waiting on fresh fried rice and you guessed it, 3 more egg rolls. Count em, that’s a total of 6 egg rolls that were having to be made in front of us, and we were a total of 6 people back from them… you do the math, and anyway you figure it, we weren’t getting an egg roll this night. I ordered the orange chicken and the Beijing beef and of course I had to wait until the high-school age cook decided to listen to the manager and make some more. My wife ordered mixed vegetables and some beef medley and lucky for her, they had plenty of that waiting under the heat lamps, so she made it though unscathed. As we slowly move through the line towards getting our drink, the ice gets all jammed in the ice dispenser and the manager lady yells at one of the kid-workers to go and get more ice. yet that wasn’t the problem, the ice that was ALREADY in there needed to be unjammed, and when I let her in on this secret, she proceeded to chew out the kid-worker for not breaking up the ice when he had put it in. «LADY, this isn’t the time to re-train this high school sophomore on how to distribute ice, I want to get my food and lemonade and LEAVE!!» As we were leaving and I was muttering to my wife about how I was going to destroy them on Unilocal, she overheard the manager telling the lady behind us that they get mad rushed at close everyday because people don’t want to eat Chinese food when it’s 100 degrees so they wait until it’s much later and cooler… so, you’ve known about this everyday, yet you still didn’t prepare well enough to have food in the waiting!!! Please, if you are going to visit this Panda, go during the early evening hours or at lunch… AVOID the 9 o’clock rush!
