We were here yesterday Monday the 28th and it took 7min standing at the front waiting to be greeted and seated. Servers kept walking by and ignoring us, finally someone came to seat us. Took 10 minutes for a server to come greet us and take our order. The server that was supposed to take care of us told her staff that she wasn’t going to take this table because she was too busy and someone els needed to take the table and just left us there and didn’t care. So finally a server came to take care of us and apologized to us and took very good care of us. If it wasn’t for him we would of complained to the manager and definitely never return. This place does not have enough staff, don’t recommend it at all. Go to another one where they will take care of their customers.

I think the ratings on here are overly harsh. This location has greatly improved its service.

This is the first IHOP that I have been critical of but food delivered cold is not my idea of a good place to eat. They should remanage this one or close this one as it reflects poorly on the chain.

One of the older ihops still in the area. This is one of the few ones that I had gone to with friends in high school or early college that didn’t completely do a remodel within the last lets say 5 years when a lot of cities became more stringent on smoking laws in restaurants. So be surprised by the … older décor. This location was a bit out of the way for us, I got a groupon thinking it was for the newer one down the high way near the shopping strip. As far warning, the groupon is for 2 $ 10 groupons. Which didn’t bug me cause I had bought it with intent of just feeding myself & kiddo a couple times during spring break. She and I can eat there for about $ 10, so just enough over to break a $ 20 to leave a tip. Keep in mind that this is an older ihop, don’t expect the same quality as some of the nicer breakfast chains that are only open 6am-2pm, of which there are a ton of in this area. Its Ihop, the place during the day for little kids wanting a smiley face pancake, seniors looking to take advantage of their discounts & Sunday breakfast/lunch rush. At night expect the concert goers, drunks, and stoners to be out in drones or at denny’s.

What happens when the in-laws want to go out to eat on Christmas Day and you have to find a place in between where both of you live? You go to IHOP. It was super-crowded(as expected) and kind of dirty. My garden-stuffed crepes were probably the best thing at our table, but they were simply OK(not much flavor… thanks, Cholula!). My wife’s french toast was drowning in strawberry syrup and her uncle’s turkey dinner was«right up there with Swanson.» My mother-in-law and her mom both got basic breakfasts and seemed satisfied with them, though they didn’t finish their plates. So yeah… expectations weren’t high, but they were met. I will say that the service is pretty good, though.

Service was great! My wife’s pancake had a bread twist tie in it. Horrible! The cook was nasty looking! We will not be coming back!

Worst customer service and franchise owner. Don’t ever buy a Groupon, it’s a con to get you to come in multiple times.

So far I agree with most of the reviews, the staff work there because this is the job they found and none of them appear to enjoy their work. Better be ready to order when you sit down, waitress is standing there ready to take your order, no time really to consider the menu. Typical Ihop food, large portions, in this case an omlette and burnt on the bottom, real easter egg hunt to find the ham. This trip just reminded me why I normally avoid ihop.

Its hard to believe this place was only opened a couple years ago. It is frankly kind of icky. And it takes a lot for this 6’6″ guy to say that word. lol For example — I just turned around and looked at the window sill behind me and counted 2 dead bugs. Theres also some sort of funk in the air over in the corner they’ve got me in. I went after 1 am. The waitress rocked… Both of them. The coffee was hot and the food was good. Though I learned something interesting… When they had WiFi here they«were always full but couldnt flip tables, so when their router broke they just chose not to fix it.» What?!? Lame. lame lame lame! Though that explains the interesting passive aggressive«nope!» I got when I first walked in and asked if they had wifi. –EDIT: I just found out from reading Frederick’s review that the passive aggressive person I met on the way in was the manager /owner. lol Makes even more sense now. She wanted to get the squatters out so she«let the WiFi» go. ugh. –EDIT2: This night keeps getting more exciting. Cops have paid us a visit to investigate something or other. I was questioned but was too busy Unilocal’ing. rofl. This place is WAAAY understaffed at night. 2 waiters for 20 tables at the moment. –EDIT3: I take it all back… This place becomes such a nut house at night that I’m surprised that it’s as clean as it is. And the manager is mean because she’s got her defenses up against these crazies. lol I dont blame her at all any more. They NEED to hire more people though.

The three times I’ve been there in the past few months were generally between 10PM and 12AM weekdays. The food tasted different each time I got there, but it was still good each time.(If all you’re concerned about is the food, please stop reading now. The rest is about service/the manager.) The wait staff(singular for two visits, not plural) was friendly but overwhelmed. One person working an entire restaurant floor is not fair, ever. Customers think you’re moving slow because you only have two hands and two feet. The manager/owner(the older woman who is the only one who doesn’t wear a uniform) is a bit brash. She disciplined an employee not once, but twice, just a few feet away from me. If there’s one thing that will ruin my dining experience, it’s seeing an employee disciplined. It takes away from the enjoyment of the atmosphere. Each time I saw her, the interactions that she had with employees was not very professional; she seemed to be ordering them around and creating more confusion rather than helping. Taking orders spontaneously while the actual waitress is already on it is not only a time-waster, but disrespectful to the wait staff. Once the manager gets her respect in line with where it should be, and the staff levels are brought up to more than one at any given time, I think this could be a great IHOP to go to, especially since it is newer and nice on the inside. However, this place only gets three stars, all of which go to the wait staff and food, and none of which goes to the manager and management.

Ihop opened recently in Euless off of Airport Freeway, so the restraunt is fresh and clean. I have only eaten here in the wee hours of the morning when nothing else but Dennys is open, so my review will be my one caveat… I have ordered their steak omlet and some sort of lemon seasoned chicken dinner, and both were surprisingly good considering what time of night/morning I was there. The omlet is 3x larger than any adult should ever eat in one sitting. The chicken was surpising good and flavorful along with crisp veggies(not the standard fair mush). You are able to get fresh cut fruit as your side, which is always a plus. Only detractor is that being after midight/early early morning, you have to put up with the standard teens and early twenty-somethings while eating your meal. Tonight I was treated to a drunk twenty-something female(definately not a young lady) who reveled in her loud drunken voice about her genetalia pearcing getting infected. What a treat… But the waitstaff are warm and you always feel as if you are a regular, even if you rarely eat there. You can definately do worse eating out during the witching hours.
