Domino’s Pizza

I just picked up a pizza from Euless main branch. It is the second time I had a similar experience. The person at the register didn’t get my name. Instead of being polite and asking my name he mumbles something deragatory… I don’t know who is uncharged of this place but I will not go to this place again. The people here are not good. I would have given 0 if I could.

Ordered a large pizza today only to find out it wasn’t cut :(thats the worst because you try and cut it youself but the cheese and toppings clump together.

This location is the best. The employees are friendly and very helpful. They love their jobs and it shows.
I drive 15 minutes to get to this location and it is worth it.

For fast food pizza Dominos as a whole is much better then the competition.(Pizza Hut, Papa John’s, ect.) However this particular franchise is always very quick, friendly, gets my order right, and seems to consistently taste better than the other Dominos I’ve ordered from in the past. Whoever is managing this location must be doing a good job.

Found my favorite Domino’s! The employees here are so incredibly kind! We came in around 930pm and were greeted by each and every employee. We placed an order for two pizzas and waited less than ten minutes for it to be ready. Impressed. The store itself is very clean and has a sit in concept which is different than most Domino’s I’ve been to. Oh yeah, the pizza was great too!

Pizza took forever to get to me. When I opened it up it was luke warm. Cheesebread was luke warm also. They forgot to give me my marina sauce also. Will not order from there again.

I recommend the week day Carry out special, $ 7.99 for a large 3 topping. Awesome deal! Ya save 8 bucks and get a lot of toppings on your pie. That deal itself and I’ll keep coming back.

Went in HOPiNG things had changed OR they just had a bad night the last time I was there. The crew making pizzas were pretty enthusiastic with greeting everyone who came in. The food was hot and good.
They still however need to put more effort in properly cleaning the dining area.

Fast service and their delivery drivers are so nice. Their thin crust is crispy and yummy. The BEST oven baked sandwiches… I rarely stray from the chicken habanero sandwich. I mean come on, chicken, sweet habanero sauce, pineapple, and jalapenos??.YUM!

They even charge you 50cents extra for sauce. It was my first time visiting a Domino’s and had heard alot of good things from my buddies, but after taking a look at my Pizza without any sauce brought down my expectation.
The pizza did not taste that bad, but a sauce to spread on it would have been really appreciated.

BIG time dominos fans here at this house. Never lets us down!

All I can say is I feel sorry for whoever has to deal with the incorrect or missing items from an order on a regular basis. Sending drivers out twice all the time must get costly, sure the food may get here when it’s supposed to but don’t expect it to have the right amount of cheese or sauce, ordered a cheese pizza with extra cheese and got a very light layer of marinara and almost no cheese, same on my Hawaiian pizza I order regularly, very disappointed with this «new» store. Get it together!!!

I have no idea how they get the food to my house so fast, but I love it. Our last order for for 5 – 6 different items and they made it to my house in 19 minutes. It was hot and fresh too.

For one don’t be fooled, this is the same management from the Ector Dr. Location, I’ve ordered 5 times in a row between the previous location and the new one and for some reason it’s been a problem every time. Food was not correct, and got overcharged, and forgot the dipping sauces 3 times in a row. Sure they sent someone back with it the last time but the food was already getting cold by then.
Poor, Poor, management. The manager did not move this property the correct way and should not have opened the store when he did. This guy closed down the last location and immediately opened the new location with the wrong description for the address in the dominos app so I go to the described address after I drive further to the new place and see NOBODY through the windows as I pull up, no neon sign like they all have saying OPEN, no banner across the top that says «NOW OPEN» or «Grand Opening!» Nada, so I figure the store is not open yet and the app made a mistake. I get to the old location and no «we’ve moved» sign with a new address or anything just a bunch of wires dangling out of the front counter where the menus go so needless to say that order was not picked up.
I got a call later from the manager and I had to tell this person how they should have done the opening, let people know the store has moved, a lighted sign, now open sign just like other «new» stores do all the time, I’ve never opened a store or anything like that but this was done very unprofessionally.
The cooks. All new and in training, the manager decided not to train these new employees very well before the store move because he had a bunch of people quit due to the move (isn’t that why you pre-​hire?) and so far the food is not expected to be cooked the same way even by the same person. It’s either too little cheese or not enough marinara and that makes for a pretty dry pizza if that’s all you order on a pizza.
I do not recommend this store at all, I’ve switched to picking up my pizza from the Precinct Line location where i ordered from for 2 years with 1 problem.
Because of all this I won’t order delivery from this store for quite a while even though I have a $ 25 credit there from the mistakes.

Awesome staff and food. Trey and Leigh go above and beyond. I have ordered a lot from here and never been disappointed. My favorite is the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. Everyone should try this place and their food.

Friendly but slow service & terrible food poisoning.
For the sake of your bottom, do not recommend.

Don’t expect your pizza to be in a heater waiting for you when it’s finished. They leave it on a rack.
When I got there, it seemed as though they were training someone new. They looked lost.
No one was at the front to assist me when I arrived. I noticed when another customer arrived, someone finally came, but they asked the other customer if he needed help. Even though I had gotten there prior!
Cold pizza is cold, but damnnnnn.

THESE GUYS ROCK! This is HANDS UP the best pizza service I have ever had! They are always incredibly fast. The drivers are always so very nice! Anytime I do order from these guys I am always more then pleasantly satisfied and happy!

i ordered a pizza& sub. i ate the sub and got very sick that night. i don’t know for sure if it was the sub but i will never order from there again. i did not eat the pizza but my husband did &he did not get sick it was very expensive too. we could have went &had a nice dinner some where. was not worth the money. i will keep looking for a good pizza place in texas
