The SBDC has been an absolutely invaluable resource for me and my new, small business. From guidance on preparing my business plan to great lunchtime seminars on useful topics like marketing with integrity or business finances, the SBDC has provided me with tons of beneficial information.
It’s great to meet other small business owners at the events and seminars. I love being my own boss but being a small business owner can be a bit isolating. It’s been great to share stories with people who are encountering some of the same issues. I’ve received a lot of support, encouragement, and wonderful advice.
I highly recommend that you visit the SBDC at SOU/​RCC if you are thinking of starting a new business. Or, if you have a small business and have questions or need help, they are the people to ask. Their counselors have an amazing wealth of knowledge and resources for the small business person.
