You get what you pay for with IT. Mark and the Feynman team are responsive and knowledgeable on all IT, web, etc. issues.

Completely unsatisfied with their performance. Charged me a lot of money. The technician could not figure out the problem, nor said he had no idea what was wrong. A friend, who know nothing about setting up computers to talk to fax machines fixed the problem in 5 minutes and the system has worked great for years. There are other companies that are good and advise people to stay away from this overpriced company.

It’s easy to give Feynman Group five stars. They just keep working until they earn them. If you are not satisfied with a project, they aren’t done yet. I’ve had them do web design, LAN, WAN, VPN, VOIP and a bunch of other acronyms I have no idea about. I trust them and they have yet to let me down.

$ 125 an hour for horrible support, means employees, and not resolving your conflict? I will never go back to them.

The organization I work for uses Feynman. They are always patient and place follow up calls to ensure that any problems we are experiencing have been resolved. Customer service is solid and friendly and our computers are functional.
Plus one of their staff members was pouring beer at the KLCC BrewFest on Saturday. A man who loves his computer and loves his micro brews gets a one star bump in my book.
