I came here to write a review after another great encounter moving to the new Planet Storage down the street from Meadow Lane…
I read other review and it is someone’s opinion and it is all false in my view…
Yes we had an increase. That is normal business practice. I am still paying a better rate than anywhere else. Even at the brand new place. I have checked. And as to managers. The old manager was a little lax. No follow through. Sandra takes care of anything I have needed with a great funny attitude.
I have referred several business associates and all have had good dealings.
Last thing they were FULL before opening Planet Storage.
For me that says allot to me…

Powered by greed! When we first started using this place for our excess stuff, Donna the office lady was a very nice and friendly person. She would explain things to you if you didn’t understand, help if you needed to, and a pleasure to talk to. Unfortunately, she had some medical conditions which forced her to retire. Ever since then the people in the office have been rude, bullying, and vengeful. First it was Diane who bullied us for «not having their approved locked (i.e. one they didn’t sell) on our unit». Next up is Sandra, who is the crudest, most condescending person we’ve ever encountered. She sent us a letter saying the rates went up and we should have know about it. When I questioned why the rate hike and why the attitude, she told me (very coldly, I might add) that if I said anything else we would get evicted. What kind of company treats customers like that. Having dealt with Sandra in the past this was not surprising the attitude she had. She is rude and short with everybody from what I observed. Looks like it’s time to take our business elsewhere; along with a couple other family members who have units there too (I told them what happened and they were not happy about what happened either).
