This location is newly built, clean, and efficient. Orders are ready quickly and the quality is consistent.
I recommend the coupons for Dominos that are available online and through the app.
Staff at this location are friendly.
As with all chains, it’s best to rate on a curve.

Search for Domino’s in Bend Oregon and you’ll see why they’ve received this review. It can be so much better! The crust (with everything they sprinkle on it) we had in Bend was so good that we’d order the crust alone if that was an option. We’ve had domino’s probably 10 times in Bend and 10 times from this location in Eugene. Quantity of toppings was better in Bend as well. We’ve had dough (under the toppings) that was hard and thin in Eugene (like flattened cardboard). And no, it wasn’t thing crust, it was hand tossed, just not very good.
The good news, these are all easy things to fix. I suggest the owners of this location take a trip over to Bend and share notes. I’ll order again every month or so to see how things are.
My main reason for this review? I want Domino’s the succeed, I want them to see the feedback and make it better. I’ll review again down the road and give them credit if they fix the issues.

Easy ordering online. It’s mass produced pizza so don’t expect gourmet but it’s good enough food that shows up at the door ready to eat, so that’s pretty awesome. Delivery was quick and Tyler was super-​stealthy, following our request to approach quietly to keep from setting off the dogs.

Pretty good for fast food pizza. They had a sale for 50 percent off their online pizza orders this week. The online site shows you when your order is received, prepared, baked, checked for quality, and out for delivery. A $ 2.50 delivery charge automatically added on and you can pay online or when the delivery guy shows up. We ordered the philly cheese steak and extravaganZZa feast. Philly was kinda bare for toppings but still pretty good on flavor. The extravaganZZa was pretty good and a better deal. Overall 3.5 to 4 stars. I’ll order again. I made my order today at about 4:30 and it came in a little under an hour. Driver was friendly too.
