I had called yesterday (1÷28÷16) at 5:27pm to inquire about remote keyless entry/​start up on a Chevy Malibu. I state when I made the call because I wish I could remember the male who I talked on the phone to to give him his due credit because he was/​is AWESOME! He was energetic and was simply trying to help me problem solve and configure what may be the best route in having to work with the Chevy dealership or completely replacing the system through Custom Audio services. I appreciated all his helpful feedback and working with me as I am not too familiar with «auto lingo». Simply due to his incredible customer service, I am going to schedule an appointment to get another service performed on my vehicle through Custom Audio! Thank you for your awesome customer service!

Was referred to Custom Audio by a friend, glad I went! Jeremy was great! Attentive, knowledgeable, not trying to sell me products I didn’t want or need. The sound in my car is awesome! All I needed was a better amp, who knew :))

Love these guys! They are all very friendly and inviting! Really cheap compared to cartunes. I have taken three different cars to them and have received great service and great work on my cars! My audio always sounds great. They have the best equipment in the city. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to save money and have the best quality audio in your car!
