A-1 Auto Glass

They are amazing! They’re quick and friendly! I had a huge crack in my windshield and the other auto glass company my insurance tried to get me to use had TERRIBLE customer service. Thank god I got my claim routed to A1 and had wonderful service. The receptionist even gave my husband and I great recommendations on local breakfast places. Their warranties are great and they stand by their work. USE THIS COMPANY! You won’t regret it!

A-​1 Auto Glass made a fantastic impression on me. When I called to find out how to go about getting my windshield replaced or fixed and the customer service representative guided me about whether or not to have my insurance pay for it, which location would be most convenient for me, and she made sure the windshield that I would expect to have matched what I currently was replacing. As I arrived at the location the day of my appointment, another excellent representative greeted me and knew exactly who I was based on my car and what paperwork needed to be filled… I chose to pay out of pocket instead of using my insurance and forgot to call them ahead of time for the change… she responded positively and changed the paperwork effortlessly. My car was ready at 1p and since I had to walk there, they waited for me (it took me 20 minutes). The windshield is an exact match and they made suggestions on having my car checked since the automatic windshield wiper mode wasn’t working correctly (I did notice this a few months ago, but forgot since it hasn’t been raining). And they vacuumed my car!
They got the job done for my car, but I didn’t expect such an amazing service.

A-​1 Auto Glass is the bomb!
These folks took exceptional care of my truck after a non-​law abiding citizen decided to smash my window and steal my stuff.
The business (female receptionist) at the 6^th Street location was very helpful. She took the time to listen to my story, look at my truck, get the right parts ordered and even suggested that I have the repair done at the Gateway location, as it is closer to my job. The gentleman at the 6^th Street location took the time to vacuum ALL of the glass that had exploded into the can of my truck… and I do mean all of it. He then tapped plastic to the opening.
On Monday I took my truck to the Gateway office where they installed my new window on time, and informed me all along the way what was being done and the time line it was being done on.
Both of these businesses have excellent customer service. I will be recommending them to friends and family in the future.
