This is s decent place if you end up in Estes Park on vacation. The selection is impressive, but the prices are rather high. There are some sale yarns up on the top floor. The people are nice and helpful. There are several floors of yarn, but the bottom floor was closed when I was there in July 2012 due to some flooding.

Early June, 2011: Friendly, helpful sales people; lots of yarn to look at, plus supplies, books, magazines, and patterns. I was able to buy Interweave’s special issue, Knit&Spin 2011, here, as well as some lovely black Shetland wool batt from sheep living nearby. The shop is four floors of products, and the wool batt was on the fourth floor. Incidentally, it’s the cleanest processed wool I’ve ever spun, and I’d sure like to know which woolen mill did the work — I would recommend it to everyone.(As a handspinner, it’s truly annoying to be spinning away and having to stop often because of debris left in the carded fiber, not to mention that I’ve also paid for the weight of that debris that I’m having to stop to get rid of.) The ground floor specializes in materials for needlework while the other three are more oriented to knitting and crocheting.
