We have found them to be an excellent company and have experienced no price gouging or difficulty in dealing with them. Harold and Eric are very customer friendly, and we would recommend them highly. Harold went out of his way to resolve a problem with a new tankless hot water system that had been installed by another company. I am not saying that others may not have had a bad experience, but we will continue to use and recommend them. As in anything, reach an understanding BEFORE proceeding with a job.

In short — overpriced and difficult to work with. I made the mistake of not getting a detailed estimate, and understanding it completely. Then, my builder paid them before I had a chance to OK everything. Some of the work they did was very nice, but they never did several things they said they would, and I have given up arguing with them. They also did some very odd things — such as placement of intake vents, thermostat and exhaust pipes — they did not think through the aesthetics of where they were placing things.
