The Artisan Shop

This place is not friendly! Very high pressure sales and slanders other cabinet companies in the area, which I found very distasteful. Was told they would not make a specialty cabinet for me unless I bought a «bigger package» (whole house since its new construction) Even though they were substantially more expensive and pressured me to sign a contract before they would finish the cabinet designing process which means I didn’t even have a total dollar amount!
Update:
I was pleasantly surprised I had a personal phone call from the owner of the company who was following up on reviews. I did appreciate this and he offered to help us resolve this situation with a different designer. I know this company does above standard work and it’s sad how 1 employee can have such a negative impact on the reputation of a company. I changed my review from 1 to 3 stars since I did receive this call and I will consider revisiting with a different designer.
