They have my favorite ice cream around! The tiger butter is the best flavor ever. We stop here every time we go to Estes even though there are a ton of other ice cream options around.

I went because of all the reviews, so maybe I got too excited for it, but I feel like the place was a bit meh. We got the tiger’s butter in a waffle cone. It was good but definitely one of those ice creams that has a diminishing return in taste as you keep eating it. Also the waffle cone was incredibly hard. I thought it would be good and keep melted ice cream in but their was a hole in the bottom. Oh well. That’s the perk of a tourist town there is always another ice cream shop.

Pretty delicious and good value, especially considering it is a shop in a tourist town. The staff were friendly and efficient, the portion was decent for the price, and the pistachio, in particular, was noteworthy for being chock full of nuts — and those aren’t cheap like peanuts. The waffle cone was tasty, but I’ve had better. Would probably just get a regular cup of ice cream in the future. Did see one of the staff going to get more caramel apples from the other shop across the street, while we were enjoying our cones out front, so I doubt that this is really an individual shop. Probably like those t-shirt shops up and down the street that try to look independent and competing, but are really all owned by one guy. But I haven’t eaten ice cream at the other shop so can’t say for sure it’s the same. Honestly though, whatever the business arrangement is, I wish these owners would open a shop in FoCo, their I’ve cream is better than the Walrus and Kilwans. We have an extreme shortage of decent ice cream in FoCo, you know it’s bad when Coldstone is the best option in town! Edit: Should note since i posted a photo that I got a one-scoop size split with two flavors — to me that was plenty big enough!

Too pricey. Not that great in flavor or texture. My husband’s was cookies and cream which was the only good ice cream. I had the espresso and black raspberry, my daughter had the chocolate. I got cruchy ice in my ice cream from time to time so it wasn’t very smooth.
