Very happy with the service, incredible promptness and professionalism of Bob and his entire team. My car was dead after a trip in from Texas and after making a phone call, someone was at where we were staying within minutes. Jumped started me and I followed them to their location where they quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it at a very reasonable cost. Thanks again!

Bob’s agreed to change the oil in my Murano before returning to Wisconsin. Performed service for $ 59 that is almost double what I normally pay. When I returned home the following Sunday after driving 1000 miles I had oil dripping in my driveway and garage; a lot.
Took to my regular mechanic and he said he had never seen such a mess around and below the oil filter. He surmised the filter gasket was compromised. He replaced the filter and no more leaks. Sloppy job at a premium price.

I can’t say enough good things about Bob’s towing. Was driving through on Valentine’s Day with my girlfriend when my car battery died. They zipped over to where I was within 15 minutes, had me towed to their shop, figured out why my battery was broken, added parts, towing, labor and a new battery (which I already desperately needed) and sent me on my way within an hour paying much less than I expected. If I were to have had this all done at a dealership it would have been much higher! These guys are top notch and I would recommend them to anyone who is in the area and in need of a tow.

Awesome! Had my keys within 30 minutes of calling roadside assistance, and within about 30 seconds of Bob showing up. Plus he saved Easter! All the basket goodies were locked on the trunk with the keys :)

Called to request a quote for pulling me out of a ditch in town. Probably 15 – 30 minutes of work total, including drive time. They quoted $ 100 – 125. Thankfully, our local UPS driver stopped and got us out in 5 minutes. From now on, I’ll call Bob only as a last resort.

Two women in their 60’s plus one in her 80’s left their lights on in an Estes parking lot. My wife, her sister, and her mother. Bob’s came out for a jump…$ 60. They followed Bob’s back to their shop to test the battery…$ 20. Bob’s determined the battery was bad. New battery…$ 130. Installing the new battery…$ 50. Fair pricing? You decide. I say beware of Bob’s!

On vacation in Estes Park, we noticed a large puddle of fluid beneath our car. We called Bob who diagnosed the problem over the phone based on our description and his knowledge of the problems common to that make and year. The water pump needed replacement. He got the car in that morning and had it ready by 5 It is common for him to work late hours to accommodate the needs of out-​of-​town travelers.

Even though they were incredibly busy they made time to look at our car as we were heading out the next day to go on with our vacation. It took them no time to diagnose the issue and get us back on the road. They were very friendly and very helpful!
