Crystal Nails

We were very disappointed about what transpired. We called to ask about pricing as we do not do this every day and was told it would be $ 27 for a pedicure. We were going 2 adults with our young girls as a treat. They had us pick out nail polish and when we paid, then told us it was $ 40 each which was a big difference in what they told us. They told us we picked out gel nail polish and that was more. There was no mention of this when looking at nail polishes. We asked her to help compromise because we didn’t have that kind of money and the owner wouldn’t. She argued with us and stood her ground when she remembers telling us $ 27 on the phone and said that everyone knows it’s more for gel! Terrible customer service. I would go anywhere else in Essex junction than here and never recommend them. It ruined our girls day out together.

Awesome love Tina would leave a longer review but cannot type of my awesome new nails

We went on a Sunday as this is about the only place open doing nails on a Sunday. Only Tina was working but there was a continuous line of people through this place. It took a long time to get our nails done but we had a nice time hanging out and chatting. Don’t go on a Sunday if you’re in a schedule. The nails, oh, the actual work was fan-​tas-​tic! Tina is a wizard and a lot of fun too. I got a full set of gels and my partner got a full set with French tips as gels, all of it turned out amazing.
