Had a rude staff member answer the phone and hang up after I asked for her name. Terrible service!

I’m really surprised to see such bad reviews for this place! Went in today and it was an awesome experience. I encourage you all to give this subway another try. Maybe it’s changed for the better?

Soooooo after jersey mike’s opened i havent ate at subway in atleast a year. i was too lazy to drive to jersey mike’s so i took my daughter here. bad idea!!! a fly landed on my daughter’s cheese and giselle was mad i told her to change the cheese. i should have just walked out. like idk what kind of nasty people would eat something they have to pay for AFTER a fly landed on it. ewwwwwww. subway needs to step its customer service game up because whenever i go into jersey mike’s its always a celebration!

This review goes to Andrew! I got the best service from him! Really nice and well mannered. :) He catered to my specific requests (I’m a picky eater) and didn’t give me dirty looks about it. More people like Andrew at Subway please! :)

Today I went online to choose a sandwich and went with the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki because of how delicious it looked. The sandwich I received, was pathetic. Not only does it look massively different, there were exactly 5 small strips of chicken inside.
Now, I don’t know about anyone else, but I would hope the sandwiches advertised would at least be close to the sandwiches served.
I am just astonished at the difference. I’ll head to Submarina next time.

Worst service ever. I have been here twice and both times my orders have been wrong and charged wrong too. Got a 6″ and was charged for a foot long! The fake «jersey shore» looking cashier, acted as if I was bothering him, by coming in and spending my money.

It’s tiny. If you want to sit and eat, get there early. Otherwise, theres no where to sit. Great service and nice employees!

Reason why I frequent this subway. Is because I live so close. Service is not what I consider «GREAT». Some people are friendly some are not. They don’t even seem happy to be at work.
They get really irked by you asking for spinach instead of lettuce. Just recently I got a Turkey foot long. I asked for spinach, and the girl didn’t put very much in it. I asked her for «a little more» and I kid you not, she put 2 more pieces of spinach. Is like she was the one paying for the spinach! I guess that is what happens when you ask for «a little More».I wasn’t very happy with that, not the first time it’s happened either.
There was also the time when I went in on a slow night. There was a lady cleaning the outside tables, she follows me in to take my other, then she puts her little plastic gloves on without washing her hands. Gross right?
Customer service is what they need the most improvement on. Everything else is okay.

Great service needs to be cleaner.

I’ve visited this store five times and been very happy with it. Very consistent service with good food.

The commercial of the new Orchard Chicken Salad sandwich is what got me to go to Subway last night for dinner.
Although, the standard «welcome to subway» greeting was missing and the cashier not able to speak english, the service wasn’t bad. The sandwich maker made sure I got everything I wanted.
The sandwich however was TERRIBLE! The chicken salad had white raisins in it, of which I love – if they were not old, over ripe or rotting. They were literally brown and extremely mushy. Aside, from that the chicken salad was incredibly bland. I ended up scooping all of the salad out and only eating the avocado, mushrooms, lettuce, cheese and adding my own lunch meat to it.
HORRIBLE!!! NEVER AGAIN.
