Wow.
BUYER BEWARE! Do business with Dan and Chuck at your own risk. My fiancé and I recently used this service. Outdoor Living Creations turned our simple project into a nightmare.
— Dan didn’t have enough money to pay his labor. At one point, one of his workers waited outside of our house for a personal check. The worker said that Dan is behind on paying his wages.
–Dan’s partner, Chuck, was the original person who bid the job. He ommitted several line items in the written contract. Chuck and Dan seemingly never communicated and we ended up having to pay more money for them to complete the job. We had to make Dan a copy of the contract because he was unable to contact his partner (Chuck) to find out what exactly he had promised us in the beginning. At that point, we were more than 3 weeks past the finish date of the job!
–We were originally told by Chuck that our job would take two weeks MAX. Our job took SEVEN WEEKS! One or two people would come out for a few short hours and leave. There were weeks when we only had 1 or 2 hours of work done. We kept hearing «Oh…the job should be done by the end of next week».
–The job site was left trashed any time they would leave. They made no effort to clean up their trash or tools. They were always borrowing our tools and our neighbor’s tools for work.
–Dan was rude to my fiancé and used fowl language on several occasions. He had ZERO sense of professionalism. We were fed empty promises from the beginning. I honestly cannot recall a single time when they said they’d do something and it actually happened that way.
–The only positive thing that I can say about this company is that we were happy with the quality of our finished product. After paying more money than anticipated
Myself or my neighbors will not be doing business with these guys again.

My fiancé and I hunted for a budget friendly landscaper for a long time. We had a lot of ideas in mind, and we have a good size yard… Everyone’s quotes were way out of our price range. Danny helped us get the look that we desire with different types of ideas and a whole new outlook on our design so that we could have a beautiful yard for our budget.
Danny became a friend to us. He answers all of our questions quickly, is willing to always go out of his way for us. I would refer to him to anyone looking to make their yard an «outdoor living creation ».
