I am appalled at this company, they thought I was a scam because I am deaf and had to use relay and instead of listening to the interpreter explain the situation, he kept hanging up on me, then he swore at me several times and called me back and used the f word repeatedly. I have never, in all my years as a deaf person, ever experienced this level of rudeness. I have been hung up on, but not this. I do not recommend this guy, A. He is not very bright, B. does not stop and listen, and C. probably will rip you off the first chance he gets because he’s a jerk who represents his business by swearing at potential customers with disabilities.
